1. Power plant in Hadera emitting tocic fumes
Susya Bar Dror ,   Israel   (06.11.12)
Practically daily the electrical power plant in Hadera, which is coal fired, is emitting enormous amounts of toxic fumes. The yellow cloud can bee seen from far. Citizens in Hadera and Caesarea and nearby are in danger, specially children. This is outrageous and nobody complains, because its Chewrat HaChashmal. They do what they want, like the haredim.
2. How bout the radiation pollution off cell towers...
R ,   Jerusalem   (06.11.12)
that is changing our DNA and can be a serious cause of disease. But it's silent..can't smell, can't see but it's blasting those within 500 ft of them. Way worse than air pollution
3. Jerusalem's air is great except
Larry ,   Los Angeles   (06.11.12)
If you live around the inner city when the buses are moving, it does smell raunchy, but in the areas away from the town center, the air is great: clear, clean and crisp.
4. We already have the Green Police
i ,   jerusalem   (06.12.12)
They all drive Toyota pickup trucks with all the bells and whistles, as if they were competing with the Electric Co. My neighbor is is one of these coddled do nothings. He is strictly a specialized paper pusher, and he could commute in a Fiat Uno. The critical funding for all kinds of needs is gobbled up by such waste and sacred cows.
5. Haifa bay
Roxy ,   Israel   (06.13.12)
Haifa bay is the most pollution causing area in the nation,we have petrol chemical plants there, chemical plants and other polluting industries . We also have high cancer clusters as well. These plants need to be shut down and moved to other areas, these are the biggest polluters and not cars as the gov would like you to believe. There are mornings where the entire area in K.Haim and Bialik smell like petrol mixed with trash!
