1. The courage to apologize
Nour ,   One State   (06.10.12)
Will he have it? 30 years of brutal dictatorship but above all the destruction of Egypt's reputation and its civil society. I say as long as he breaths he must be punished and made an example for other Pinochets in the making.
2. he did so many bad things to millions of egyptians

3. you know what the worst is?
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (06.10.12)
Imagine if Mubarak made peace with Israel. He could have taught the Egyptian people that Israel was good for Egypt. You could have learned agriculture, water and education from us. He could have killed the pig Arafat and forced peace on Gaza. He could have told the Egyptian intelligentsia to promote instead of hate Israel. He could have made Sinai a peaceful zone for Jews and Egyptians alike. Instead he decided he liked being called "The Sphinx" by his Western admirers, spew venom and hatred for Israel. He did his best to isolate Israel and take her strategic weapons. He gathered warehouses of bombs to use against the Jews. and you know what he gained? Millions of uneducated starving people, and a humiliating death for someone who was once a war hero. In Hebrew its called purimspiel, and if I was religious, I'd say it was a banner indicating divine intervention.
4. and who is the better one in Egypt now?
טובי ,   Sweden   (06.10.12)
come on! This is a cultural issue. change your religious backward tribal culture into the era of individual freedom and be true in your peace with Israel!
5. Mubark !
Israeli ,   Israel   (06.10.12)
Israel is good to all its citizens. Jew, Christians and Arabs. Muslims that visit are surprise to see how nicely we all live in harmony. Poor Mubark could have learnt from us. True democracy.!
6. This Pharoh will soon rest w/his fathers. But no giant sphinx
CJ   (06.10.12)
nor pyramid will mark his grave in a display of greatness. Perhaps he will get a carved in image of a scepter resembling a snake for his rememberance. He could have been a great man. Instead he chose to be a brutal dictator who wil only be remembered as someone dying in a prison hospital while the rest of his people cheer on his death. When will they ever learn??
7. 'Cause He Never Visited Israel.
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (06.10.12)
Had he been a man of peace, he would have paid Israel a proper state visit and acknowledged the legitimacy of the Jewish presence here. He never did that. Now, he suffers.
