1. Hypocrites!
J ,   Tel Aviv   (06.14.12)
"moral and social injustice"??? Beit El was built just next to a Palestinian refugee camp. Talk about chutzpah!
2. To: No. 1
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (06.14.12)
So what? It's not exactly as if Israel deliberately displaced those so-called "refugees." They left of their own accord.
3. I do not understand...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (06.14.12)
Shouldn t the lawyer be responsible for the legality of the transaction?
4. A pity...
Cechila Munk ,   Israel   (06.14.12)
...that Bnei Akiva has gone over to the extreme right. ..that the selfish settlers of the Ulpana neighborhood are willing to give up the entire state of Israel because they are on "their holy ground"
5. Stop the funding
Taxpayer ,   hOD hASHARON   (06.14.12)
Should the state be funding an organization that appears to be morally bankrupt - advocating demonstrating against a decision of the Supreme Court in defense of the Law of the Land.
6. One does not simply
Dave from Brazil ,   Sao Paulo, Brazil   (06.15.12)
build on private land!! These people need to obey the law and have some common sense. They can build and live where the law permits them. Stop causing damage and discord! Israel has enough enemies and must remain united and strong.
7. What happened to Bnei Akiva? How sad.
Former BA Rosh Snif ,   USA   (06.15.12)
Now they're the youth movement of the Fanatical Right. They used to be the movement of the moderate religious.

democracy at its best, civil non violent public protest. The government seems psychotic on this subject, first, you are allowed to build, so, they build. later, some supposed claim is made by some supposed pal and then, you must evacuate, No wonder the young people are protesting. This policy cannot stand. No nation can act psychotic with do's and don'ts that seem like some flip flop pan cake house specialist. The youth know it, most of Israeli's in their hearts know it, we all know it and this is exactly why Israel was reborn, to settle the remaining Jews on her ancient lands. The young have more brains and guts than those who keep changing their minds like changing the diapers of a new born with diarrhea.
10. # 6 Dave from Brazil Of course one builds on "private lands'
Bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (06.15.12)
America did, Brazil did, most all nations did, in addition, you have no knowledge of Israel, her history, her ownership of all the lands of Judea, Samaria, who King David united over 3,000 years ago. The facts remain and your nonsense is trumped by the worlds best selling book, The Bible. Most people, no matter what their religion, know more of this book than any other including the fact that Jews wrote ( except for Luke ) it and shared it freely with the world. Maybe you should red it also? Your silly attempts of propaganda are usually ignored, just thought I'd let you know why. A suggestion for you, when it comes to a battle of wits, next time, bring some ammunition. Adios.

I do not really care or believe what is written in the Bible, and it's irrelevant. The fact is that Ulpana was built on private Palestinian land and this is against Israeli law and basic common sense. How would you like for someone to build on your private land?
