32. GOD's plan
real vision ,   usa   (06.24.12)
is to have the sunnis and shiites fight... for turkey and the alewites to fight... for the turks and the kurds to fight. Seems like GOD's plan is for muslims to fight and kill themselves because of their intolerance to others...So be it
33. Here is a recipe for the Coptic Christians for Ezekiel bread
Rivkah   (06.24.12)
Instead of using leaven, make tacos or tortillas with the mixture. Roll a little ball in the palm of the hand with the mixture and flap it back and forth until it is flat and can be fried or baked. In the Covenant books of Scriptures, the ancient Levite Priests did not eat leaven at all. The shewbread in the Tabernacle did not contain leaven. Ezekiel Bread Recipe 4 packets yeast 1 cup warm water 1 tablespoonful (15cc or ml) honey 10 cups wheat flour 4 cups barley flour 1/2 cup millet flour 1/4 cup rye flour 1 cupt lentils, cooked and mashed 4 to 5 tablespoonsful (60 to 75 cc or ml) 1/2 to 3/4 cup honey 1 tablespoonful (15cc or ml) kosher salt Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water and 1 TBS of honey. Set aside 10 minutes. Combine the next five ingredients. Blend cooked lintils, oil, honey and a small amount of water in a blender. Place in a large mixing bowl with remaining water. Stir in two cups of mixed flour. Add the yeast mixture. Stir in salt and remaining flour. Place on floured bread board and knead until smooth. Put in oiled bowl. Let rise until double in bulk. Knead again, cut dough and shape into four large loaves. Place in greased pans. let rise. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to one hour. The yeast can be eliminated and tacos and tortillas made from the mixture without yeast. The ancient recipe calls for fitches which are believed to be cumin or fennel or nutmeg which can be added for variety to the bread or tortilla mixture. What I do is to buy items in bulk and mix the flour and salt and put it aside in bags separate from the honey and olive oil and water in a Coleman storage boxes. Then it is ready to make tortillas or bread all year round. Remember spices of your choice in the box, too. When it gets to dangerous to go to stores, then you have what you need at home.

35. Obama's choices
Syd Chaden ,   Palermo Calif USA   (06.24.12)
There seems to be much discussion about Israel's choices, but it has been Obama's choices that have affected Israel. Obama celebrated the Arab Spring as a movement for democracy and freedom, but he supported the Muslim Brotherhood. Israel's largest neighbor now has a new leadership that promises to institute Shariah law and oppose Israel. An enemy of Israel couldn't have done it any better.
36. #31: Do you have chapter and verse?
Steve   (06.24.12)
You say it is written in the Qur'an to "let the people of the book be...." Maybe. Can you cite the chapter and verse? I know it is written in the Qur'an that Jews should "judge by (the light of) what God (Allah) has revealed to us" otherwise we are "wrong-doers." (Qur'an 5:45) "Let the People of the Gospel judge by what God has revealed Therein." (Qur'an 5:47) Yet Islam holds that Jews perverted (changed the words in) the Torah and Christians have perverted the gospels. So what light shall we Jews judge by if our scribes changed the words in our written Torah?
37. Appears Israelis are no better at predicting the future
Liz Harris   (06.24.12)
than ahyone else. I'd watch the Rafah crossing, if that opens up, things will get very interesting very quickly. Afterall HAMAS are the Muslem Brotherhood by another name. Best check where those second passports are and whether they need renewing.
38. i tried to be optimist, but there is no way Israel can win
Iranian Hunter   (06.24.12)
against the united muslim army. I believed the end of Israel is near. It is just not possible in every scenario, it would needs a miracle to win. I suggest all Israelis to be prepared for the worst, the WORST. I believe MB will join with Iran, and then Turkey joins in indirectly. Other muslim countries will help with money, like Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh. While countries like Pakistan and Afghanisthan will send mujahideen to help the Jihad. the GCC will also helps funds terrorist, while the main army will compose of MB, and Iran.

44. Civil War for Egypt
Koose E Mack ,   NY NY   (06.24.12)
The election results were about 50:50. The right wing MB and Islamists will never hold power. There are too many educated Egyptians who will not accept Egypt being set back a few hundred years! One can expect a Civil War in the near future. I'll bet the Egyptian top Brass is planning the first coup now!
45. #39 The leadership is fanatic
Cynthia ,   USA   (06.24.12)
The will of the people doesn't matter. Iran is a perfect example. As soon as the Islamists take over, they strip away the rights of the people to control every aspect of their lives. They will keep the people poor, dependent and afraid.

50. To #27 -- Iranian Hunter
Curtis ,   USA   (06.24.12)
You stated, "It is arrogant and naive to think they (Islamist forces) will fight with each other." Please remember that Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, says in Ezekiel 38:21 concerning Israel's enemies during the big upcoming, invasive war: "Every man's sword will be against his brother." Does anyone doubt Yahweh's determination? Isaiah 46:10: "I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please." Yahweh's plan for Israel will be fulfilled no matter what anyone on the planet says or does. As Yahweh said: "I will grant Salvation in Zion, and My Glory to Israel."

Yahweh will defeat Israel's enemies in His own timing. One question is: When Yahweh defeats these enemies, will those who presently disbelieve the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob admit they were wrong, or will they just hide out in cyberspace anonymity?
56. Deal with the devil!!
egy ch ,   Qc, Canada   (06.25.12)
Thank you USA-EU-UK. Bad record in your history. You just put the middle east on fire. You betrayed your friends. I hope you did not make deal with the devil. We do not go for wars, but it looks you need your weapons markets to go on. Good Luck, middle East!
57. SAD TRUTH
EgyptianQueen ,   Alexandria , EGYPT   (06.25.12)
As much as the news for Morsi's win makes me sad, the hope for a better future will always be there. This man won only because the other guy (Shafiq) was the bad guy - like another commentator mentioned. He did not win because he was the best . He was the better one out of the 2 options. We, egyptians are not fanatic by nature, but sadly widepsread poverty and lack of education in a big layer of society has led to a large proprotion of people believing religious dogma will save them . Many people (including liberal icons like Ghoneim) voted for Morsi not because of him but to counteract a possible win for Shafiq- who if won may have taken revenge of the whole society that led the revolution against Mubarak - as he himself was on the side of Mubarak. People now know that as Morsi is president, in 4 years time , we will be able to rid of him if he fails in progressing the country. While if Shafiq had won, many believed there was no going back. (as he has all the power behind his back - the army, the ex-egyptian police during mubarak's era, etc..) So for all haters around here, please have patience, as majority of the educated Egyptians do not want war . But remember that, educated or non-educated, non of us will be silent if our SINAI is touched by any invader. Keep that in mind. Thanks Ynet.

solomon ,   bklyn   (06.25.12)
What all the world sees (except for you and others like you who insist on keeping your eyes tightly shut as you are afraid of facts, reality) is Israel defending itself. To see Israeli democracy, just open your eyes. Very simple, really. HAMAS DOES NOT WORK. Just ask anyone living in gaza!
59. #16 rivkah
solomon ,   bklyn   (06.25.12)
This is one of your more ridiculous posts. We Jews have been persecuted so much and so often, now you want to dictate to others who are persecuted what they should and should not do? Where does it say that you have to be Jewish to go to heaven? Non Jews need only obey the Laws of Noah which deal with relations between man and man, not man and G-d. As long as they don’t do what many muslims are trying to do to us and to their own, why shouldn’t they be left alone? Your post is an embarrassment.
60. 59 Solomon, Brooklyn: Your descriptions are not Scriptural.
Rivkah   (06.25.12)
Non-Jews only have to obey the Laws of Noah? What does the name Yod-He-Vau-He mean? It is the name Yahweh, God the Father. Yod means a palm (of the hand). He means seeing, window. Vau means a nail. Salvation is believing Yahweh sent his only begotten Son (same DNA) as the Sacrificial Lamb because Yahweh so loved the world He wanted the world to be reconciled to Him through His Son who was an atonement for sin that separated mankind from God. Doing the works of obeying the Commandments does not save a person's soul, but is a reflection that a soul has been saved by faith in Rabbi Yeshua's death and resurrection. If people do things that hinder the Holy Spirit, the supernatural protection is hindered for that person. If people obey the food laws, supernatural protection is more likely. Isaiah chapters 65 and 66 tell us that God does not protect swine eaters or those who eat unclean foods. You call that ridiculous, so obviously you do not believe the Word of the Lord through His Prophets. Only Jews and those who have been grafted onto the Jewish faith (Gentile branch that is grafted on) enter God's eternal Kingdom. Without the Torah written on one's heart, it is impossible to enter into God's Kingdom. That is what reflects love for Yahweh and Yeshua: obeying Him. The faith of all true believers has Jewish roots with a Gentile branch. Try getting into God's Kingdom another way than by having the Torah written on your heart by the Holy Spirit and you will find it is impossible.
