I have noticed that the spray painting vandalism that is some times called graffiti in the states is on the increase here. I think a harsh punishment should be enacted and soon. I feel that those caught spray painting should be chained to the place that the painted and forced to clean it up. The Neturei Karta are not, although that has not stopped them from taking their genetically compromised and seriously damaged offspring for treatment at Israeli medical clinics. Nor has it stopped them from taking State-sponsored subsidies to keep the roofs over their heads, and to provide food for their tables.
