A warning should be relayed to Hamas' HQ suggesting that any further attacks would result in the removal of the entire government leadership.This could be done by Israeli drones known for their accuracy and effectiveness in destroying targets.This should give pause to the remaining Hamas members in the government of Gaza.If it is not effective in promoting peace, the missile units of the IDF would be unleashed to destroy the remaining lower value government organizations, and after sufficient regular artillery and IAF bombing,ground forces would do what they do best.
