Bibi needs to make use of the fact he has Mofaz to counter the religious block and do something about the Tal Law. It might just be a populist issue which is not going to make Israel a better place but people feel strongly about it. A combination of the latest round of protests which Labor are supporting, an unwillingness to do anything about the Tal Law, and master of the populist vote Yair Lapid around him Bibi doesn't stand a chance. Mofaz also needs time to prove himself and right now if elections are held now with the rebirth of the left thanks to the protests Bibi making himself unpopular and Mofaz being unproven we may well end up with Shelly Y as the next PM. Time for Bibi & Mofaz to get their acts together because neither can afford an election at this stage.
