This is simply a technical and logistic problem. Permanent web cams and guards are necessary over Israel's forests. Are there no young voluteers to join the efforts to save Israel's forests ? I am sure thousands of students are happy to do this work. If once arsonists are caught the brilliant israeli police can prove that they are able to investigate not only against former prime ministers and state presidents.
