Palestinians are making and shooting mortars and Kassams daily, leaving bombs whenever they can all over the country and the IDF is charged with safeguarding their citizens as well as possible. This video is so out of context. One thing is apparent, the Palestinian is resisting arrest and not obeying the instructions of the authority. I don't see the IDF officer getting massive back up or using weapons. He is clearing posturing to have the Palestinian cease and desist his resistance. If he did so, he wouldn't get hurt.
