It is a problem, if military is deployed to enforce security. AND iff troops are deployed, it cannot be, that organizations like B'tselem can spread information as they like. If military is deployed, this must mean "martial law". If you want to enforce normal law, you need to deploy police forces! IDF cannot do everything right! So don't blame IDF for videos like this!

Notice how B'tselem cameras never seem to be running when a "Palestinian" strikes a soldier with a rock or wields a knife while yelling "allahu akbar". What a coincidence.
