1. Answer!
DavidR ,   USA   (07.29.12)
'Do you support as a solution to this conflict the emergence of a fully sovereign state of Palestine on the territory occupied in 1967, including east Jerusalem? Yes or no?' This question was answered by Bibi at as he addressed the US Congress and the answer was: NO! What part of no does this bonehead not get? No 1967 borders. Get over it and get on with it.
2. Mr Fayyad sir you are fooling yourself
BostonJew ,   Boston USA   (07.28.12)
Minister Fayyad: Your dreams are marginalized because all nations have come to understand exactly what your dreams are. It is universally understood. You have no interest in peace. Your interest is the disappearance of the Jewish State of Israel by any means possible. Everyone has caught on. Who is left to fool???
3. There Is NO Marginalization Because
(07.29.12)
Since All Attemps of engaging arab/bedouins 100% of the time they NEVER intended to negotiate!!! Their Myth Has Gone On WAY TO LONG! Two States for two People Was Established! 1) ISRAEL 2) trans-jordan The heshimites were chosen to rule the arab/bedouins, this what the british Did! Take or leave it! So abu mazen and salem fayyad That's the way it goes!!!!! Masalami
4. you are all of a sudden marginalized????
(07.29.12)
running out of money and the ability to fool the western world already? who says that you were never marginalized in the past? you always were and you know it. the only reason people around the world didn't seem to marginalize you is because they hate jews and israel more than they hate palestinianss and muslim arabs which they consider backwards violent people. the second reason is that people are learning slowly what you are all about: your lies and obfuscations, your demagoguery, your elite rich life style and corruption while you let your people starve in terror and refugee camps, your stealing from your people, your ineptness to lead even yourself, your incitement to murder and terror, your lies about israel in hopes that you can marginalize her, etc... and your total inability to be anything but beggars for 63 years. you built nothing, you created nothing and you did nothing with yours and your people's lives. this is why, the world is sick of you and is paying more attention to things that are troubling it and not you. hameed abouhaze, iranian
5. IDF sustains your position
Stan ,   Sydney, Australia   (07.29.12)
It would be hilarious if not so pathetic. Without support from the Israeli government and protection of the Israel Defence Forces, Fayad would have to flee the country for fear of his life from his own "people," and everyone in the world knows this.
6. Excuses for evading a negotiated settlement of borders, peace
PETER SM ,   MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA   (07.29.12)
and an end to all further claims. They don't want peaceful coexistence with Israel unless they controll it,which means no Israel Dar al Islam is at the heart of the problem
7. Poor victim he only has a billion Moslems, the UN
PETER SM ,   MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA   (07.29.12)
Large segments of the media & trillions of petrodollars on his side
8. Peace Process and Palestinian State
Rhonda ,   Chicago, USA   (07.29.12)
Actually many of us are capable of focusing on more than one issue at a time. When people see the number of Palestinians who actually only see the two state solution as a stepping stone to their real goal of a one state destroying the Jewish demographic of Israel, when we take into account the thank you letter written to the IOC on Friday about the one moment of silence, the ongoing effort to unify with Hamas (need I go on here) we form our own conclusions. Those being that the Palestinians can fool Barak Obama, the European Union and many others but not all of us are fools born yesterday. Stop with the preconditions including the 67 ARMISTICE line, right of return also crushing the Jewish demographic in Israel, stop with the children's textbooks calling for murder of Israelis, stop naming streets in Ramallah after terrorists and we will know you are serious about a Palestinian state wishing to live peacefully with Israel. We can even help you fast track to success. The Palestinian people are still too filled with hatred and desire to destroy Israel. Their love of country has to be more than flag waving and throwing rocks at Zahal - it has to be self discipline for working their asses off to build a nation. Tel Aviv was once a beach and a marsh. Finally, Jerusalem - forget Eastern Jerusalem. The Jordanians had it and Jews couldn't get to the Kotel. Get serious.
9. What 2 state solution?Pals want right of return into Israel
Sam ,   Canada   (07.29.12)
The extremists who have the last word among Palestinians demand a massive influx of Palestinians into Israel. So, what 2 state solution are Palestinians talking about? The UN, EU or US can't give Palestinians a real state because it is Israel controlling the territory. Despite all their diplomatic and terror games Palestinians have to address Israel. Otherwise, nothing real happens. Get it, Palestinians?
10. The Night of the Living Dead
Gavriel Rechav ,   Valencia - Spain   (07.29.12)
The Palestinian cause is a relic of the times in which a European Union was forged, an union based on the most uncompensated currency of world history: the Euro devised to confront and overcome the power of the U.S. Dollar. Those happy times coincided with very stable governments in the Arab world, without exception ruled by tyrants with an iron fist. Today, and because of globalization and the bankruptcies of the PIIGS, the very proud European welfare state is being transformed just into its opposite: the state of discomfort. Simultaneously, the leaders who ruled the Arab nations one by one are falling apart as statues of sand, returning to their countries to the Stone Age from which they sprang. Since these conditions will last many decades, the Palestinian cause has lost all credibility, and the possibility of a third Intifada has been completely banished. Today, the Palestinian cause is a living corpse that is being held artificially thanks to the money transfusions from USA and the western countries of the Persian Gulf, which would disappear suddenly if the Syrian, Iran or Lebanon circumstances worsen. If it were so, may God have mercy on them!
11. Bravo no. 4!!!!
E. G. Marsch ,   Nahariya, Israel   (07.29.12)
Encore!!!!
12. Yeah, it was great if your were anti-semetic
William ,   Israel   (07.29.12)
or just had lots of time on your hands. But the minute real life and its issues began to take over, the "Palestinian cause", a hobby for some and a curiosity for most, took the sideline. Like multiple vacations a year or a new car, the "luxury" of entertaining a population of violent Arabs, became a thing of the past as the world had to buckle down and deal with real problems - toppling Arab despots (the same who happened to use the Pally cause to protect their own asses), global warming, economic problems, depleting natural resources, etc. Does the "Palestinian cause" provide an answer to anything the rest of the planet is dealing with? Does Abbas have an answer to fix high unemployment in the US? To solve the Greek and Spanish debt crisis? To deal with super-bugs which appear immune to our best drugs? To solve global warming and deal with desertification of once fertile lands? No. well, besides the "Jews are responsible for it all" tirade, the Pallys bring nothing of value to the table for anyone else but themselves - and not even all of their own population benefits. The truth is - the "Palestinian cause" is a huge liability - and the Arabs already knew this. They cause more destruction than good to the world, and has gone on longer than any other conflict and refugee issue, because THEY refuse to let it end. and the world is sick of it.
13. "faltering peace process hurts faith in Pal govt"
William ,   Israel   (07.29.12)
Well, you could choose the path of peaceful coexistence and stop the attempts to destroy Israel and pocket millions $$$ of aid and foreign investments. Becoming honest brokers would go a long way to gain faith from your population. Many of which blame Israel for even bringing the corrupt PLO into the region back in 1992 in the first place, especially when average Arabs found a way to work peacefully with Israel.
14. Similar to Arafat's speech at the UN
William ,   Israel   (07.29.12)
Blah blah blah... "It's the Israelis' fault"....blah blah..."intl law violations"....blah blah blah... "We are peaceful and want a 2-State solution"...blah blah blah.... then, they threaten violent repercussions if the world doesn't find a solution. Problem for the PA is this - THEY started the last intifada which the majority of their population see as a major mistake. So, Fayyad is now claiming a 3rd one will happen organically, apart from the PA? By a people who saw the last one as a massive mistake? If anything, the next "intifada" will be sending the PLO back to Tunis.
15. Palestinians not marginalized......
Dan ,   Florida - Tel Aviv   (07.29.12)
...they are IRRELEVANT.
16. Reality check
Nitirootman ,   Canada   (07.29.12)
Here is a reality check for the Palestinians. The world in general and most people specifically have on a daily basis more important things to concern themselves with than the fate of a people who are not prepared to accept reality and live in a fantasy world that paints them as poor victims. There is no other group of people who after 64 years continue to view themselves as refugees and feel the world owes them something.
17. Time for Palestinians to be humbled
jack ,   San Diego, USA   (07.29.12)
Palestinians have gotten used to being center of universe for far too long and cannot fathom being otherwise.
18. Can't get attention
Arturo   (07.29.12)
Their ability to commit gross acts of terrorism have been curtailed. They just can't get much attention, while "palestinians" in Syria join Al Qaeda, and their mukamuks have moved to Tehran.
19. And Rightfully Marginalized
emanon ,   USA   (07.29.12)
20. Pals are rapidly becoming yesterdays news..
Malone ,   Hfx   (07.29.12)
Actually,I could have saved myself the trouble of posting and just agreed with #4..he said it all.
21. Answer to Fayyad and a Question for him
Eli   (07.29.12)
No Jew would ever divide Jerusalem, so the answer is obviously no. The question for Fayyad is this: Have the 'palestinian people' provided the world with anything useful over their entire 40 years history of existence? How have the 'palestinians' benefited the world? I think Fayyad confused hatred of Jews with support for palestinian people, and now that things are tough in Europe, funding antisemitism and the killing of jews just isnt a priority.
22. Fictional Palestine off the best sellers list.
Chaim ,   Israel   (07.29.12)
You know how it is. A fictional book or movie is hot for awhile. Everyone talks about it. Than it disappears. Fictional Palestine is off the best sellers list. However, small children still love stories about fictional Oz and Neverland.
23. you made the bed you are sleepin in
Barney ,   USA   (07.29.12)
24. Not just marginalized...
Zyx ,   US   (07.29.12)
...dead and The palestinian leadership is responsible for that. Abbas has always rejected negociation.
25. The great Arab Spring+ your intransigence sobered world up!
Alan ,   SA   (07.29.12)
26. We are just sick and tired of you
Tom ,   Prague, Czech   (07.29.12)
Arabs have 20 countries. Let's solve Tibet, Kurdistan, Darfour, people who are really oppressed. Israelis have just one country and they have every right on it - not the Arab invaders, with all due respect to Arab culture. This is what MANY MANY Europeans think.
27. Take responsibility
Potash katiftof ,   Safed, israel   (07.29.12)
Sems like the pa is infallible in their own eyes. Everything is israels fault or financial crisis. Maybe donors got tired of giving u money when you just embezzle it, make no real efforts on peace, just the usual finger pointing. Take reponsibilities for your ways or youll see what marginilized is
28. Extortionists losing their game (end)
roxanne ,   Haifa   (07.29.12)
29. if we don't help ourselves, who will?
Salma ,   Palestine   (07.29.12)
I think its time to turn the tables and say goodbye to the 2 state solution.
30. We told you over and over again
Mira ,   Vienna   (07.29.12)
to come and sit down to the negotiation table without makind stupid and unrealistic preconditions. You would not listen believing that you are really cared about by your Arab Brothers and the World. This is NOT the case, not even Egypt complies fully, you are exploited by everybody, by the Arabs as a joker against Israel and by the West in an even much more hypocritical way.
