like suicide bombers do.? Nonsense. Murder requires intent. Human rights violations can be challenged in a US court,unlike the terrorists the US is fighting.

Neither is it about whether enforcing the judgment is now, or ever will be, feasible. It's about the judgment of liability. But do keep in mind that the PLO has been found criminally liable on several occasions for the deaths of innocent civilians, and those judgments have been entered. They'll still be on the record, years from now, and they will remain enforceable. In the extremely unlikely event that the ersatz "Palestinians" ever have a state, with an embassy in the United States -- that judgment remains enforceable. Do keep that in mind.
