9. Amman, of course, has been the capital of the Arab part of..
Jehudah Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (08.06.12)
..."Palestine", ever since the legal partition of the territory in 1921/22 and the de facto partition of it in 1948 and 1967. The de jure partition was an act of the League of Nations in 1922, an act that was then adopted by the United Nations and etched into its Charter, Article 80, 1945. The partition was a handover to the Arabs of 77% of "Palestine" - a territory, never a nationality or a state of course - located east of the Jordan River. And, 23% of "Palestine" was assigned to be "the national home for the Jewish people", located between the Jordan River and the Med. Sea. Arrival to the capital of Arab "Palestine" in Amman is very appropriate.

learn their lessons from last times. They humuliate themselves and then go back home with their nose on the floor and their tailes between their legs. When will they'll be smart and stop this non-sence? It does not work! period.

Let them head north into Syria and get walloped by whatever army is the flavor of the day. Before that they will have their tongues torn out, nails ripped off, or raped. They are immoral scum if they don't help their brother Syrians, whom just bombed and killed 21 people in a Pali refugee camp
15. Farcetilla
Anshel ,   Toronto, Canada   (08.06.12)
Ship them straight to Damascus and Teheran, better idea, load them on the plain, give them parachutes and let them jump. I am sure Ahmadinejad and the ayatollahs will give them rousing reception (or shot them down before landing?)
16. No flytilla for poor Syrians, the people with real suffering?

Shamil Benyaminov ,   NYC,former home Baku   (08.06.12)
Enough is enough...we need to welcome these bastards with force, break their bones and deport them back….They are so many killings going on and human rights being violated on everyday bases. UN and human rights don’t doanything….but if the issue was Israel you would see worldwide bastards protesting and condemning Israel on every day bases

Baruch ,   Israel/Houston   (08.06.12)
Lets see you watse your time, money, and lives hating Jews. The Palestinians spend their time, money, and lives hating Jews. There is no doubt that is in fact solidarity. I belive you should see if the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. can provide funds. They don't spend them on their own country. Lourdes Garcia-Navarro will be glad to offer free antisemitic coverage. Enjoy your travels.
21. Express solidarity at home, send money.
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (08.06.12)
22. Palestine the lie
sk ,   USA   (08.06.12)
Palestine was never meant to be Arab or even Islamic. It was a made up name given by the British Empire after they won control of certain territory of the defeated Ottoman Empire. Palestine is as much Jewish as it is the numerous nationalities that migrated into this part of the world after the Jewish exile by the Roman Empire and various succeeding conquests (and defeats) of the Jewish Holy Land. Under international law, treaties and so forth based on historical boundaries, the land (including Gaza, West Bank, even parts of Jordan) , Syria, legally should belong to the Jews, i.e. Title to the land was given to the Jews just as title to much of Middle East land was given to the Arabs post Ottoman Empire breakup. The Arabs got over 99.9% of Middle East land under these treaties...there is no justification for them to get any more land at the expense of the tiny Jewish state of Israel. One of the problems is that most people in the world don't realize that so called (and self named) "Palestinians" are but 100% Arab. Palestine was never ever a sovereign people or a specific race. The key point is that the Arabs (the " Palestinian" ones, etc) have no legal title to any more of Middle East land under international law. It's not about land. it's all about an evil hatred, inability of Arabs to live with themselves and neighbors, religious bigotry, ignorance/intolerace of international law (and order), lies (incl. historical revisionism) and an intense intolerance for the Jewish people.

27. The true crisis....
Roy Doliner ,   Rome, Italy   (08.06.12)
Hmm, tens of thousands slaughtered in Syria, daily unrest in Libya and Egypt, women officially declared inferior in Tunisia, and these imbeciles can only think of making problems for Israel. I hope they bring diet pills to Gaza, since these "poor starving victims" have a true crisis - they've been rated by the UN & WHO as the 8th most obese men on the planet and the women as the 3rd fattest on earth.
28. Work? They're on vacation, Dan.
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (08.06.12)
According to the article, most will be traveling from France. In August. When half of France is on vacation. Then again, maybe they don't have jobs. Welfare payments are rather generous in France (and Europe generally), generous enough to travel overseas and engage in political activism.
29. Simple arrest them
Mordechai   (08.06.12)
They should be put in a camp as unlawful combatents for the duration of the conflict. No trial, no Red Cross visits, no media visits just like the Israelis missing in Lebanon. The media will get bored very quickly when they can't give interviews or take pictures and the world will forget them
30. oops, they missed the country
ghostq   (08.06.12)
the fly-in will do that to syrian refugee camps in Jordan. they better get new maps.
