2. So Israel is deliberatel violating intl' law and Camp David?
Egyptian ,   Cairo   (08.10.12)
3. They forgot to mention ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.10.12)
... that international law does not extend refugee status to those who cross two borders. Crossing from the Sudan into Egypt gives them the option of being classed as "refugees." Crossing a second border into Israel removes that option. So, their attempt to enter Israel removes any option for them to be classified as "refugees," and gives Israel every right to deny them entry as illegal -- and unwanted -- aliens.
4. oh my god. lets drop these activists in the desert. fools
ralph   (08.10.12)
5. what took you so long!
jewish warrior ,   everywhere   (08.10.12)
6. why is this a human rights issue?
zionist forever   (08.10.12)
As they were in Sinai at the time of interception they were the responsibility of Egypt anyway, all we did was round them up and hand them over to the Egyptian authorities. The Egyptians are obviously allowing us to do it as its not the first time and they were handed over to the Egyptian authorities kind of hard to do if Egypt objects. The only problem these human rightists are angry about really is Israel was the destination of choice for the Africans but we didn't let them get there and made them in Egyptian hands. The human rightists love to twist things so anything Israel does even if its harmless and not illegal becomes a major human rights issue. These groups make Pallywood look like a bunch of amuters.

ab   (08.10.12)
9. Le Comment!
Osama Uthman ,   Cairo, Egypt   (08.10.12)

10. #2 If you even bother to read the article
Jake   (08.10.12)
It would be clear to you that Israel didn't do anything which did not have the knowledge, agreement, and cooperation of Egypt.
11. Retake the SInai forever.
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.10.12)
None of our SInai problems would even exist had we simply held on to it. The answer is simple. Retake the Sinai forever. Admit our Sinai retreat and all our retreats were disastrous mistakes and reverse them. End the sick policy of Israeli retreat once and for all.
12. REFUGEES ARE SUPPOSED TO SEE ASYLUM IN THE 1ST COUNTRY THEY
Scott ,   Ramat Gan, Israel   (08.10.12)

13. NGO Leeches
Jonny ,   Cape Town   (08.10.12)
No compailnts when USA stop MEXICAN refugees. Nor when Europe start repatriating, and the UK have police at the chunnel. Its all nonsense. Whats even more pathetic is that someone is wasting good money on these "human rights groups" which could be put to better use. Most of these "NGO" are leeches that suck money from gullible donors.

15. I suppose Egypt can do the same thing mutually as mitzvah
observer ,   Egypt   (08.10.12)
16. They actually expect us to allow them cross the desert into
Avi   (08.10.12)
Our country? No passport, no crossing, just cross the sands into Israel and vanish in it? And in our security condition? The arrogance is mind boggling. Illegals are illegals regardless of their reason to enter, be it work or asylum. If you're an asylum seeker you file a request, not illegally enter Israel from its vast desert border.
17. Persons who cross two borders are not refugees
(08.10.12)
18. The abuse of the refugee convention.
Joseph E ,   Givatayim   (08.10.12)
Some NGO's, human rights groups Israelis waste no time to appropriate to themselves morality, to assign to themselves titles of expert in local and international law, to solicit pre-fabricated advisory opinion to assault Israelis courts of law, to jump in the Durban wagon, in order to portray themselves as compassionate and enlightened planetarian (dhimmis) and Israel as the worldwide Anti-Christ that has no right to exist, If it was up to these israelis, then the Israeli gov't should accept into Israel 600 millions India folks out of humanitarian concern due to humanitarian crisis caused by India power blackout, same goes w/ the 2 millions India folks displaced by floods due to mansoon season, the same w/ over 200.000 philippine folks displaced by floods due to heavy storms , the same w/ thousands of africans due to Uganda Ebola outbreak, the same w/ over 200.000 Yemeni displaced due internal strife, the same w/ 400.000 Syrians displaced due to terror-militias butchery . Wikileaks – NIF official – disappearance of a Jewish state would not be [a] tragedy
