I just love articles about the Education Ministry instructing schools what to teach........slightly more than a week before teachers prepare for the coming year. I wonder if the Ministry is going to provide teachers with courses on forward thinking and management skills. I went to public school in NYC. As the US is considered a Christian country we got to have Christmas Trees and decorate Easter Eggs. School was closed for Christian holidays and if I wanted to take any Jewish holidays off while I did, it DID prevent me from getting 100% attendance awards. That being said I don't hate non-Jews and I have/had plenty of non-Jewish friends who don't hate Jews.
