The only place where coerced admissions are accepted in court is in Arab countries. And since Arab countries have no political ties with Israel - many refusing to even accept its existence - they have no recourse on a guilty verdict. In the Intl sphere, no country or court will pick up such a suit because the evidence required is quite high and must be without doubt. Here is where Muslim logic falls short because the claim "We hate Israel, Israel is bad, our scientists was killed and only Israel benefits, therefore the guilty party is Israel" just doesn't fly in non-Islamic circles. Plus, how grand would it be to have the State of Iran describe in depth the duties of these scientists, despite mounting evidence, continue to claim them as civilians despite their involvement in an illegal military nuclear project?
