Here in England we have a value added system as well as the usual performance tables for national exams at 11+, 16 and 18. Value added means how much better or worse a school does in each level compared to what could be reasonably predicted from its previous exam level. I wonder how long it will be before Lapid involves the haredi in his eduction plan? I am going to force haredi schools to teach children all these things. for these kids,where they learn how to behave and stay until they fit into normal schools .
