1. Peres should be forced to step down and grow roses for the
David-ben-David ,   Israel   (09.02.12)
rest of his life. He has out lived his usefulness and his vision is failing. If he cannot see what is going on, nor has the stomach to protect us, then let him live out the rest of his life quietly and away from political life. If a poisonous snake were to bite him, he would be telling all of us "Not to worry, I'm strong enough to where the poison will not kill me". Yeah right.
2. Peres: Don't stop Iranian lunatics from nuking us!
Chaim ,   Israel   (09.02.12)
The message from the infallibly wrong Peres is: Don't stop Iranian lunatics from nuking us! One could not conceive of a stupider and more suicidal message.

Israel as a small country should always remember that her relationship to G-D is more important than military superiority.
7. Peres should tell Israelis to start reading their Bibles!
Jouko ,   Finland   (09.02.12)
Only The G-D of Israel is able to protect her people but Israel has to walk in the ways of their Holy G-d.

9. Once again, Abu Peres is doing his best to endanger Israel
Jordan Ispalestine ,   Los Angeles, CA   (09.02.12)
How much more idiocy does this useless politician need to spew before people realize he's an idiot who's entire career is based on riding the coattails of others.
10. Finaly some sane words amongst the madness
Haim ,   TA   (09.02.12)
11. Perez
Mike   (09.02.12)
Your words aren't more than the same old "new middle east" , "oslo peace accords" with their 1000's Israeli deaths. The IDF with Barak at the helm was not able to dislodge the threats from Hamas and Hizbullah. We do have a reason to worry. Our "leaders" have not demonstrated any competence in dealing with the Iranian threats.
12. lets all sing along with Peres
(09.02.12)
Kumbaya O' Kumbaya ! Lets hug the nice Ayatollah, cuddle his soft fluffy beard, lil' Ahmedinijad so sweet, and Khameini like a sugar beet, Kumbaya O' Kumbaya !

Ben S ,   Free world   (09.02.12)

16. Tiny but Mighty
Adam Neira ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (09.02.12)
Prayers and blessings for the State of Israel. It really is tiny but mighty.
17. TRANSLATED IN OTHER WORDS
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (09.02.12)
When Peres opens his mouth, one always has to assume the opposite. So we are in deep trouble in every way with Iran. Peres has failed in every vision he has promoted so far,in histo long political life. That is why he is the president of this insane political syStem, producing nothing but trash.
18. Why I trust Peres
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (09.02.12)
To his detractors, has Peres ever been wrong? Remember all those right-wing crazies who warned about rockets falling on civilian targets? Kassam Shmassam Peres said, and he was right! It's not like Israel had to develop a multi-billion shekel anti missile system, that the rockets are considered a strategic threat or that half of Sderot has PTSD.
19. #9 - Leave Peres's father out of this!
Henry from New York ,   Under the Tuscan Sun   (09.02.12)

21. Isnt it written in the book of apocalypse
African Rabbi ,   Zambia   (09.02.12)
that the enemy of Israel shall be allowed to prepare adequately. Could this be how, due to bungling by world leaders who should have known better. We could have saved one third of Israels population. Read the Holy Book the Bible and pray for the peace of Yerushalayim.
22. With all do respect Mr. President
Mark ,   U.S.   (09.02.12)
Protecting yourselves? You people are getting ready to have one big massive Earthquake. Hashem has not visited Israel in a while. Protecting oneself against a manifestation, an eventuality, the coming of Yeshua,,, those that do good, righteous deeds, a clean heart, I was taught this is what will save many, so devestating as well as so mircalous. Yes Mr. President Israel is stong but HaShem is mighty,,,,,,,, wise,,,,,,,, and knows what is going o in Israel every second of the day, knows the hearts of a people that are not a people, after his love and Peace and the neighbor,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,where are thy neighbors? What have you done by them?
