Why not open Kosher and/or Vegetarian McDonalds all over the world? There's enough Jews in Brooklyn to support five or six of them!

Any chain that caters to local communities does well.....There are many Kosher Certified Dunkin Doughnuts in NYC. , 7-11's in Jewish Neighborhoods also display Kosher Certification on baked goods and Slurpees. Opening Kosher Mc Donalds, Burger Kings, Wendy's, KFC, etc can be a great source of income for all these franchises. Also, a great business opportunities for Kosher Yidden to make parnassah from these franchises....It's a win/win!
