1. Israel MUST do what is good and correct for itself and...

...DO NOT FALL INTO PRESSURE,being such pressure coming from whatever or whatwhom it comes.
2. Egypt is Showing Its Real Head
Noah Lev ,   LosAngelesuSA   (09.06.12)
This seems like a no brainer. There are pro bably thousands of precedents worldwise for this scneario. One could argue that the draft evaders duriing the Vietnam War who sought refuge in Canada received sympathy and were allowed in, but could never go back to the USA. Countries have sovereignty..as does Israel AND Egypt. If Egypt kills them, that is none of Israel's business..and those who seek refuge should understand the risks. It may be very unjust, but some Hispanics are shot tryig to get into the USA, or at least stopped and shipped back. Allowing for unfettered crossing, would open up the flood gates. However, for humanitarian reasons, (AND ALSO PR, Israel should make exceptions at times). It could use a bit f goodwill right now, witth our own Democrats deleting "united" Jerusalem from its platform (latest news). Egypt seems as ruthless as ever...with its Muslim fanatics now in charge. Let them drown in their own feces, which was inevitable. Since Israel withdrew from the 22 settlements, why did they not make an effort to destroy the tunnels..which would have avoided the entire Rachel Corrie fiasco and caused HER death. the blame put on Israel. Her parents should have sued Egypt for allowing the smugging in the first place, knowing it violated the treaty with Egypt.
3. If they are "refugees" they are Egypt'sproblem
Scott ,   Ramat Gan, Israel   (09.06.12)
The same goes for the other 60,000 infiltrators in Israel. If they claim "refugee" status, which is baseless except for some Sudanese from Darfur, they are supposed to seek refuge in the 1st country they cross into, which was Egypt. They are not persecuted in Egypt. The reason they didn't stop there is because they are not refugees but simply migrants looking to to make more money.

John Shreffler ,   Vienna VA USA   (09.06.12)
Fences must not be built exactly on border. Therefore, anyone that reaches the fence has already gotten into the country. Therefore they must be let through the fence. Therefore, the entire fence from Kerem Shalom to Taba, built to keep out intruders, cannot be used to keep out intruders.
9. Send them back to Egypt.
Efraim ,   Virginia   (09.06.12)
These characters helped ruin Europe. Why should Israel be as stupid?
10. Democratization of Holy Land
the Lord ,   Bajdocja   (09.06.12)
The Siwss avalanche is growin, as number of pilled leaders. Yesterday, it was Swiss President Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf visited by Israeli Long Knifes. While authorities are denning it, she failed to reappear, maybe beacuse of her new gray eyes or wall in ear. Today among others I saw walled replacement of Lithuanian President Dalia GrybauskaitÄ— and close friend of Bolivian President Evo Morales. In meantime officials found a body of French President Francisco Hollande and are preparing his funeral. Suggesting at same time Ms. Sienkiewicz will be handed in my hands, as was in case of my uncle Jozef Pilsudski. She would be not refused but if it comes to the nation and the kingdom, the Lord did not changed even by yota. More: http://tautur.tumblr.com/post/30987649050
11. According to the Rights groups' arguments
Harry Wright ,   UK   (09.06.12)
Anyone who reaches the fence can claim refugee status and have a right to enter Israel. The follow-up to that is that Israel must prepare itself to admit floods of so called "refugees" who are actually illegals. Where did they pass to reach the fence??? The UN must not be allowed to conveniently by-pass this aspect of the issue. The UN must not be allowed to dictate to Israel. Who the hell is in control of Israel, the government or the UN and Rights groups???

14. A wicked plan to destroy Israel.
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (09.06.12)
Supreme court must be deal with cases in Israel. These bandits are now in egyptian territory all their problems belong to the egyiptian supreme court. And the refugees also can apply for entry visas from swedish, german, french etc. authorities.Via Cairo, of course.

16. this will set a precedent that will affact many in future
zionist forever   (09.06.12)
These people are between two fences one on the Israeli side and one of the Egyptian side and it is just as easy to cross the fence into Egypt as it is to cross the fence into Israel if permission is given. The fact is these people are not camped out between fences because they are refugees its because they have decided they prefer to go to Israel so they are going to sit it out till they get Israel. The humanitarians always seem to leave out the Egyptian option to them its either Israel takes them in or they go back to Eritrea. They also neglect to mention the little fact that they are between two fences because they chose to cross through Egypt. If Israel's left wing dominated courts allow these people in then it will set e legal precedent which will bw followed by others and 20 will soon turn into 2000. The courts must rule not to let them in if we do not want to continue the flood of illegl Africans.
17. This is EBYPTS PROBLEM! NOT ISRAEL'S
EZ ,   US/Israel   (09.06.12)
The Egyptians should be taken to the hauge for allowing a situation to fester where refugees are allowed to wander through their territory un-checked and for allowing them to make it all the way to Israel. This is an EGYPTIAN HUMANITARIAN FAIL. Israel can't be picking up Egypts problems: we have enough to contend with. Don't let them in; they're playing the waiting game and Egypt is all for it. Let them wait. If anything happens to them its on Egypt, NOT Israel. Period.
18. Where is Egypt's Heart?
Michael ,   NYNY   (09.06.12)
Why is this Israel's problem? They are in Egypt and can settle there as refugees.
19. Stand firm
Oz ,   Israel   (09.06.12)
Israel needs to stand firm on the infiltrator problem. Israel has been lenient over the past 5 years and the number of migrants/infiltrators has risen significantly. Israel needs to show that they mean business and will no longer allow just anyone in. Maybe the message will reach Africa and they will stop coming this way.
20. John Shreffler #8 no Catch 22
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (09.06.12)
The United States deports any illegals they catch even in the US so long as they have no touched dry land. They are well within the US territory and still they are deported without any sort of hearing whatsoever. We need to now take those illegal migrants to the airport and fly them back to Cairo
21.  # 2 Noah Levy
Big bad Jew ,   United States   (09.06.12)
An update, both the words,' God' and 'Jerusalem' were added back into the democratic platform. And, did you notice signs that read "Arabs for obama" at the convention? Looks real spiffy on TV, wonder how the majority of Americans liked that, Jews in particular? I agree with you,110% Maybe after obama loses, he can personally escort these illegals into Egypt on one of his visits? Lord knows he wont visit Israel, why anger his 'arab' delegation?
22. # 10 ????? say again??
Big bad Jew ,   United States   (09.06.12)
gibberish.
23. Don't be bad - take SIRIANS - they are suffering:
Musa ,   London, England   (09.06.12)
Take also all Irakis, Afgans and Pakistanis and do not forget Palestinians!
24. where is the logic here?
zionist forever   (09.06.12)
There are twenty of them wanting to come into Israel and the court was supposed to decide if they should or should not be allowed entry. If they are going to allow in three what why not the other seventeen? Logic would say either you let them all in or you don't let any of them in, this is one hell of a weird judgement. The refugees crossed Sinai to get to the position they are at now between the Egyptian and Israeli fences and they can go back to Egypt just as easily as they can go into Israel just a matter of walking in the other direction back to where they came from. They courts should have ruled non of them can enter then they would have all gone back to Egypt and claimed asylum there, not Israel which was their destination of choice but they would be safe and refugees are not tourists they are looking for a safe country until its safe for them to go home.
25. Why can smega infested uncirumcised
Yerach ,   Jerusalem   (09.06.12)
Russian Goyim stay & not the Sudanese? A double standard. If we welcome Russian areilim we have to welcome the Sudanese also or stop the double standard!!!!
26. We must be touigh or we will lose
Reuven   (09.06.12)
Israel. Put the two women & the boy in custody. Send all illegal infiltrators back to where they came from. Israel is in a state of war and therefiore irt can bwe argued tjhat it is not a place of refuge.

30. 27
zionist forever   (09.07.12)
We can send the Sudanese to South Sudan which is safe but the Eritreans we can't because Eritrea is a dangerous place now and they risk being killed if sent home and Israel is signed up to the UN human rights conventions on refugees. If they have not got into Israel yet like this lot and came through Egyptian territory & could easily return to Egypt then they should do so. Egypt is signed up to those same treaties as Israel and the refugees will be safe there. There is also nothing wrong with keeping refugees we let in locked up in detention centres or if we change the title in refugee camps to keep them off the street. Better for us because streets are safer and better for them because they get access to food, shelter and medical care. Only obstacle is the humanitarians who would have us pull down all fences and take in anybody that wants to come no matter where they are in the world or what their status.
