Perhaps the UN should take the lead and help rid out the terrorist network in Gaza which is oppressing its own population and often stealing the very supplies sent there through the UN. Lifting the blockade won't help anyone who really needs help but will help those who already exploit the loopholes, whether to make themselves rich or to smuggling in more weapons to commit war crimes with.
