Despite all the protestations of 'everlasting friendship' from arab/muslim regimes America's only true friend in the Middle East is Israel. As this latest outbreak of anti-American hatred shows the US will always be the great satan and an infidel nation for a great many arabs. And no question the weapons that the US supplies to arab regimes will one day be turned against western interests which of course includes Israel as well. Arab countries such as libya, which are unable to protect a foreign ambassador whether from a bloodthirsty mob or a more carefully planned attack should not be the recipients of western aid. Aid should also be cut off from egypt which is under muslim brotherhood domination and whose real agenda is anything but friendly to western interests. The arab/muslim world is made up of primitive, medieval societies poisoned by the hatred and intolerance of islam and that's not going to change anytime soon. It's time to face up to this reality.
