Search for a father and his toddler boy who were killed in such an accident a few months ago!

I believe its pretty damn close to "terrorism" - it targets civilians, it aims to cause damage, and has the possibility to kill. The mal-intent is there, and its directed towards another ethnic group.

All roads were free for use until Arabs began drive by shootings that took the lives of several Israelis, some of them Israeli Arabs. Unfortunately, the need for segregated roads became a necessity for simple safety.
