This was a speech. It has nothing to do with reality. If you believe he will do anything to stop Iran obtaining a Nuclear Weapon think again. He has not lived up to his words yet. Israeli nukes are not "illegal" since Israel hasn't signed the Non Proliferation Treaty, Iran however has signed it and thus their nukes will be illegal. See the difference? If you promise not to produce nukes and you still do = illegal. Otherwise not illegal. The West knows Israel would only use them in defensive purposes, thus they don't worry about it. Iran however, constantly threats the West and thus West is entitled to concern over the Iranian nuclear program.
