3. Swedes: Pack the IKEA
The Prophetess ,   FL, USA   (10.07.12)
Dear Egalitarian Swedes: Be sure to pack crates of humanitarian IKEA products to distribute to the masses. We loved how IKEA recently displayed their support of Women's Rights in the Middle East when they airbrushed all female images OUT of their Saudi catalogs. Happy sailing!
4. israel sail training association
lola ,   australia   (10.07.12)
impound it and dont give it back this time. make yafo its home port and do sail training for nutty kids. all you need is a tall ship and a star to steer her by ...and a scots pipe band and you would have everything.
5. Won't get to gaza in our lifetime.
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (10.07.12)
6. I could have sword there was something terrible in Syria
Jacob Erickson ,   Holon, Israel   (10.07.12)
I could be wrong... it might just be a rumor. I've heard of another place called Somalia too. But then again it might just be a trick to take attention away from those poor Palestinians
7. The Gaza-bound Ship
ltrail ,   United States   (10.07.12)
You go for it, Swedes. You will be boarded and searched. Nothing. Note: nothing will get into Israel's Gaza without being searched and possibly seized. Go ahead and make a scene and maybe you'll be sunk. The world's people are growing weary of such antics. I advise not to display any weapons when IDF come on board. Have fun.
8. Mr Feller is a shame to the Jewish people and Israel
Rachel   (10.07.12)
He spread lies about Israel. The Gazan people suffer from their own leadership. The ones that dare to criticize get arrested, tortured and many times killed. The leadership judge civilians in military courts. It arrests civilians randomly. Mr Feller and the Ship to Gaza participants don't care about this, they hate Israel too much. Maybe Mr Feller should be arrested as an Israeli citizen and judged as a traitor to the land he grew up in.
9. Hypocrisy has no limits
asaf ,   mumbai india   (10.07.12)
Hammas is all about targeting israeli civilians while hiding behind their own palestinian civilians. Not even one word from those so called " human rights" activists when it comes to the human rights of the jewish civilians of south israel when Hammas is sending rockets at them on a daily basis. not even one word when it comes to the lives of the Palestinians Fatah members that Hammas executed by their thousands. these people care do not care about human rights, there are yet just another form of plain classic old school antisemitics
10. I promise a really strong response
Ehud Barak ,   on slandertour in US   (10.07.12)
They shall not pass, however many smoke bombs I personally have to set off, or howevermany white flags I personally have to wave, I will be strong in my response, a real man this time - I promise. Your Uncle Ehud.
11. Gaza Aid Sail
Matthew Krawcheck ,   Lawrence   (10.07.12)
Israel has a responsibility to it's citizens to see to it that more weapons and supplies don't get to Hamas in Gaza. These activists' approach of non-violence is commendable, but to deny Israel's right to enforce a blockade against Hamas is to deny Israel's right to self-defence and, therefore, to deny their right to exist. Israel cannot just let ships sail freely into Gaza whether those ships are filled with knife whielding "Turkish nationals" as was the case on the Mavi Marmara or a sailboat full of people who have recieved "non-violent resistance" training. Israel has a responsibility to inspect the contents of those ships and approve any supplies going in or out of Gaza. I am sad that this article labels Hamas an "islamist movement", and completely ignores this group's violent attacks against Israeli civilians. I am also sad that this article makes no mention of the brutal attacks against the Israeli soldiers perpetrated by the "Turkish nationals" aboard the Mavi Marmara. The activists aboard the Estelle "consider the blockade to be detrimental to both Israel and the Palestinians" claiming that it "only creates bitterness and hatred." I would ask the person(s) who made this statement how they would go about defending themselves against an enemy who doesn't recognize their right to exist (within any borders) and fires rockets at you on a daily basis.
12. Better idea
Ron   (10.07.12)
I will advise to navigate the ship to Syria. Instead of 41 tons of cement, The refugees need 41 tons of food and medicin. But as we know.. It's only for the show!!
13. Travelled for Greenpeace protests?
KURT ,   SAN DIEGO   (10.07.12)
Follow the money; Someone has an agenda. Should be fairly easy to redirect it, however this one is probably packed with video recording toys, a.k.a greenpeach intimidation tactics.
14. # 1 Both of these vidio's as best I can tell
ben   (10.07.12)
are comedy. There must have been dozens if not hundreds of cell phone vidio during Israel's asault on the Flotilla ship. Why do you think Israel never realeased the vidio that would show exactly what happened.
15. The Estelle
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (10.07.12)
True-believing Christians all wish the Estelle and her passengers and crew good luck and Godspeed for her sacred mission for Holy Palestine.
16. Two weeks from Naples to Gaza?
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (10.07.12)
How are they doing it? Are they rowing the "Estelle"? The poorest cruise ship goes from Haifa to Naples in 3 days with stops in Cyprus and Athens.
17. I wonder why they never set sail to Syria
Adi   (10.07.12)
Oh, I know why! because they'll get beaten up or end up dead, and not on an Israeli ship, handed water bottle and fruits ("It was horrible. They gave us Israeli mineral water! We only drink 'San Benedetto').
18. you are heading into winter rough waters...
(10.07.12)
and the winter rough waters are not as forgiving as Israeli navy who will end up fishing you out of the waters when your boat starts going down. Fools travel on the Med Sea after October.
19. Flotilla
Mae White ,   Tel Aviv   (10.07.12)
These "useful idiots" may do better to turn their attention to Syria, where children are being systematically tortured. Funny how there's thundering silence when an Arab regime perpetrates atrocities on their own people- where is the UN, where are the "peace loving" flotilla humanitarians??!
20. They just have to put it through Israeli / Egyptian ports
David ,   Israel   (10.07.12)
It's purely political propaganda all of those goods are already flowing into Gaza daily
21. food ?
josh ,   jerusalem. israel   (10.07.12)
Food ? Cement ! They save sick children by feeding them cement the cement isn't used to make tunnels.
22. Come to Siria dreamers. Where are you all?
Layla ,   Siria   (10.07.12)
Here you can see how Muslims treat their brothers. Where are you all , stupid dreamers??? Helpppppppp

24. Swedish vessel 'Estelle
mat ,   uk   (10.07.12)
tangle fisherman net to the propellor and stop the vessel
25. PEACEFUL? "Protect with our bodies"
Netanya ,   Netanya   (10.07.12)
How can they claim peace and say, "We do not hit, or yell. If IDF soldiers board the ship and try to prevent it from reaching Gaza, we will try to protect our vessel with our bodies,"??? What does it mean, if not physical violence? I hope that there is a earthquake under the water and this boat is destroyed or sucked into the water.bye, bye you terrorists
26. their actions will be illegal not peaceful
PG ,   Tel Aviv   (10.07.12)
If they are on a peaceful mission and want to bring humanitarian goods to those poor repressed (by Hamas) people in Gaza then there is no problem to bring the ship into Ashdod, have it checked, and Israel will make sure every last item - except arms, ammunition and similar things - will get to the people of Gaza. However even the International Red Cross/Crescent has said that the stores in Gaza are "overflowing" and goods are spoiling. So obviously they are not on a humanitarian mission - but a political - and an illegal one. The blockade is legal by international law and even defended by the UN. So turn back and find someplace else to bother - or - come into the Port of Ashdod.
27. They belong at the bottom of the Mediterranean.
Andy ,   Washington, DC   (10.07.12)
28. A question or 2
A person ,   Israel   (10.07.12)
Is there any blood relation between the writer - Boaz Fyler and the main star Dror feiler???? Why in hebrew there are 2 writers and in English there is only 1?
29. Holyland
me ,   Israel   (10.07.12)
What about Syria? tens of thousands are murdered there for more than a year? In Gaza, the border to Egypt is most of the time open. Hamas wantts the tunnels to keep on smagling weapons and be in contrl over the population. no blockage and no bullshit
30. Hypocrisy has no limits, Part 2
Haider ,   Gothenburg, Sweden   (10.07.12)
That`s the case indeed. Palestinians in Gaza are under siege just like the ghetto Jews in Warsaw i WW2. I hope that Israel doesn`t make the same misstake as the one in summer of 2010.
