31. #12&13:Ur garbage doesn't cut it anymore
Adam ,   USA   (10.08.12)
#12: Our military is to defend US not to die in Iran so that Jewish occupation in Palestine feels safe and secure. Not a single AL or US boy/girl should die in Iran's deserts for ur Jewish folks in Palestine. #13: All US problems in mideast and Muslim world are because of Israel. We didn't have a single problem with mideast/Muslim before Israel wiped off and ethnically cleansed Palestine an. The Saudi Ambassador crap doesn't worth commenting on this nonsense. When Iran becomes a threat to US (after a million years), we'll think about what to do about it.
32. Romney against Baal state.Flip..wait for it wait and...flop
Kerwood Derby ,   Frostbite Falls   (10.08.12)
With respect to the stalemated peace process, Romney said that he is committed to seeing the creation of a "democratic and prosperous independent Palestinian state living side by side with a secure Jewish state."
33. The Author
Steve ,   USA   (10.08.12)
This guy reminds me of the 'mainstream media' here in the States. Every article this guy writes is slanted in favor of Obama. Example: Obama does not continue to lead in all the 'swing States' as the author would have you believe. IT depends on which poll you look at. As far as the author saying that a majority of voters support Obama's foreign policy, that again depends on which poll you look at. Many of the polls taken (and this is fact) involve a majority of Democrats and is not even handed. One does not need to look at polls to see the effects of Obama's policies in the world, especially in the Middle East and in Muslim countries around the globe. Reading this authors interpretations of affairs is like listening to MSNBC News. Just remember that more than half of the Dems at their convention 'orally' voted against mentioning Jerusalem as the capital of Israel as part of their (Dem) platform. Yet to it was reinstated anyway. A huge embarrassment to the Dems, yet a glimpse of whats to come.
34. MITT ROMNEY AND THE MIDEAST.
SJOERD VAN DER VELDE ,   HOORN NH, HOLLAND   (10.08.12)
WHEN ROMNEY (THE U.S.) INTERFERES STILL MORE ON THE MIDEAST, OTHER COUNTRIES LIKE RUSSIA, CHINA, INDIA AND SO ON WILL DO THE SAME. TO WHERE WILL THAT LEAD TO? BESIDES THE PARTIES WHICH ARE INVOLVED ALREADY LET THE ENTIRE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION MEDIATE/DO IT''S WORK TO TRY TO BRING A JUST AND PEACEFUL SOLUTION, WHICH WILL BE ACCEPTABLE FOR ALL PARTIES/PEOPLES IN THAT REGION.
35. Sweden #1: Flugen Fleegan Flowgen Flogen!!

Translation: Thank goodness Europe is finished (because of your delusional policies) and all you have left is your anti Semitism. Care to comment on Malmo?
36. Mitt Romney is an idiot...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.08.12)
...plain and simple.
37. For the sake of balance in the world,
Keren ,   IL-BR   (10.09.12)
the current US´s president is a Muslim;the next, perhaps, is going to be a Christian and the next...,the next must be a JEW!!!
38. #23 Alexander: I was trying to make a point
Gunnar ,   Gothenburg, Sweden   (10.09.12)
Of course I understand that a president Romney can't be asked to fight a war personally (eventhough princes William and Harry could, but that's another story). BUT....his recklessness and calls for war is proof that he takes the issue too lightly. And the reason he does that is because of his own personality and history. He simply doesn't understand that's it about real people with real families that are worried sick every night. To him, war is only a bunch figures on a piece of paper. Has he even worn a uniform in his life? Not to defend our own leaders, but they have done their military service and know that war/peace is real - not a show by Power Rangers.
39. "Unmitigated disaster"....hmmph!
Angela ,   USA   (10.09.12)
Even a simple housewife like myself knows that is really WEAK. The Obama camp must be rather desperate.

41. Obama is a failure. Too bad liberals are willing to give up
Yossi ,   Tel Aviv   (10.09.12)
Obama is a failure. Too bad liberals are willing to give up their freedom.
42. Give it another week and everyone will be saying
Yossi ,   Tel Aviv   (10.09.12)
Give it another week and everyone will be saying Obama actually 'won' the debate.... American's really are so easy to fool and so quick to follow. "Four legs good, two legs better!" (Google it if you need an explanation for the quote. Then read the small book - it describes our situation today and should be required reading for anyone who says they follow either party.)
43. The people who support Mitt Romney are unpatriotic.
Roy ,   Miami   (10.09.12)
The people who support Mitt Romney are unpatriotic. They hate America. The people who vote for any republican are unpatriotic and hate America. The facts are on the democrats side this election. The reason Obama lost the debate is because he didn't fight back.
44. What's next?
Raf ,   Boston   (10.09.12)
You'll get the Romney who can talk peace through strength, without bowing deeply to the Saudis or apologizing to our enemies needlessly. Even if the policies don't change, the way he would enact them would be worlds better. I'll admit that Obama has made some tough statements on Iran and China. His other actions have made him appear too weak to be effective.
45. I luv u big black hunk Obama
Irma Finkelshtein ,   Miami   (10.09.12)
I was born with a red doper diaper and am now sunning myself on the Florida coast. I believe my main Jewish human right is the right for me to dismember any unborn baby at any time of my choosing up to 9 months just before birth, or even while the baby is being born, if that birth proves inconvenient to me and my Jewish human rights. For this reason I will always vote for Democrats no matter what.
46. RE#30 REMEMBER THE DRONE DOWNED
LARRY ,   USA   (10.09.12)
OVER IRAN OBAMA WAS ADVISED TO DESTROY IT BEFORE THE IRANIANS MADE THERE OWN WITH OUR ADVANCED RADAR DEFLECTING MATERIAL.BUT OBAMA SAT ON HIS CONFUSED ASS AND NOW ONE JUST FLEW OVER ISRAEL.NEXT IT CAN BE A NATO ALLY WITH A 20 K WARHEAD
47. #12 - Clueless
Mark of Lewiston ,   USA   (10.09.12)
You don't seem to get it. The all volunteer force is there to defend the United States, not to wage world conquest as a private enterprise. The Oath is to defend the US, not impose US values or government on anybody. And not to fight for Halliburton or some private concerns or to control the Chinese business cycle.. Not to worry, Romney will change his positions when he puts on new underwear tomorrow, just as he changed his positions, today. You probably thought Romney had a tax cut for you before last week's debate. Fooled you, didn't he? And now he wants Romneycare to replace Obamacare. Like there is a difference.
48. #36 I'm SHOCKED at your answer. So Obama is pro-Israel and
anti-muslim?? Come ,   on now Sarah!   (10.09.12)
49. #38 So when has obaama ever put on a military uniform? Please
enlighten us oh ,   stupid one!!!!   (10.09.12)
50. #32 IDIOT!!!! Bibi has the same view. So how is Romney wrong
or out of step????   (10.09.12)
51. Gunnar Control
Robert ,   New Jersey, USA   (10.09.12)
I would like you to quote any sentence uttered by Romney calling for war. I did hear him say the guarantee of peace is a strong military. But you would know nothing of this because your country has always been under the umbrella of other countries' military power keeping you safe to be sanctimonious about the reckless militarism of your protectors. The US has a volunteer armed forces. What's the point of questioning the will of Romney's children? Did Obama serve in the US armed forces? Why the silence about his hostility to the military? Were he the US president in the 1940's, he'd have said - as he did in '2009 when the people of Iran were trying to overthrow the Mullah regime - "I won't intrude into the affairs of Europe." Sweden has dirty hands. Remember, your 'neutral' country allowed the Wehrmacht to use Swedish railways to transport German solders and armaments from Norway to Finland. German soldiers traveling on leave between Norway and Germany were allowed passage through Sweden (the Permittenttrafik). Had the US not liberated Europe from the Nazis, you'd be speaking German now. If you cannot show gratitude for being kept safe under the US NATO defense umbrella, kindly mind your own business!
52. To #1
AlbertoGA ,   St. George, USA   (10.09.12)
To #1, Dear Sir You got it all wrong. It is obvious you are a first class Utopian, Nice Israel does not need your expertise on WAR and Peace. The Muslim extremist made it 100% clear...They do not want the Israelis in the water, No >>> they want them all dead. You are not for the Survival of Israel... We need a Bull not a Chicken as Obama.
53. #6 Adam

After seeing what happened in Iraq and what is happening in Syria. Prehaps the Iranians are going after the North Korean model.
58. To nr 38 - Maybe so Gunnar...
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.09.12)
...but Mr Obama has, as far as I know, no military background either. If you accuse Mr Romney of being too trigger happy, what should we say about Mr Obama whose policies have almost been a suicidial pacifist approach - that has lead to one war after the other in the Middle East since Obama took office? Under Obama's Presidency, America has retreated politically and militarily from the Middle East, leaving a power vacuum which is quickly filled up by those who oppose America and Western values. I know very well that Europeans hate former President Bush, but as you remember, he was hated by Europe, but feared by the Middle East - Middle East was more stable and safe when Bush was in power. I do not mean Mr Romney has to emulate Bush (Romney seems to be considerably smarter and more educated than Mr Bush)but America needs to make it clear that the civil war in Syria, Turkey's aggressive tone to Israel, Turkey's hostility to Israel, Cyprus and Greece, Iran's nuclear program and the Islamist takeovers in Arab countries - it has to stop. Sometimes, wars are needed to prevent other wars. True - the families of the American soldiers will be worried sick if they are sent to fight Iran. But what is the alternative? If USA doesn't attack Iran, Iranian nukes will land in New York and Los Angeles. That's even worse. Maybe your leaders have done their military service, but, just like Mr Romney, they don't fight the wars personally either - no state figure or government figure does that - independently of where they stand politically. I don't think Romney is reckless. Romney represents the average Republican and traditional American pro-active policies of taking a more aggressive stance against America's enemies. It is Obama's left wing extremist pacifist suicidal policies, that are alien to America.
59. To nr 31: Adam, it is your crap that doesn't cut it anymore
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.09.12)
And what "occupation" are you talking about? Occupation according to International Law means that State A has conquered State B as a result of war. No "Palestinian" state existed in 1967, 1949, 1948, 1947, or 100, 200, 500, 1000, 5000, 10.000or 100.000 years ago. You use the invented "Palestinian" people as an excuse to hate and destroy Israel. You care nothing for the "Palestinians". The Arab poulation has INCREASED by 1000% since 1948. Genocide means the population is going down - not up. Not a single American soldiers has ever died for Israel - nor has Israel requested it. It is a figment of your imagination. Iran's threat is a threat to the entire world. 1) Why is "Palestine" a Roman/Latin name? 2) Why is there no letter "p" in Arabic? 3) Nationalism is alien to Arabs who have, for 1400 years, lived as nomads and Beduins in multi-ethnic and multi-racial "Arab" empires whose majority population - locals, subjects, soldiers, mercenaries, scientists, mathematicians, physicians and merchants, were no ethnic Arabs, merely Arab speaking Persians, Kurds, Turks, Jews, Berbers and Africans. Why is that? 4) There is no "Palestine" in the Bible or the Koran. Why? 5) The Bible and the Koran BOTH admit that Israel is the Jewish homeland. How come? 6) Jewish/Israelite history started 2000 B.C.E in Israel - 4000 years ago. Arab history of the original Arabians, started in the 7th century C.E. 1400 years ago, in the southwestern corner of the Arabian peninsula, hundreds of kilometers away from Israel, 2600 years AFTER the start of Jewish civilization. How can Arabs be the "natives" of Israel? 7) Most Arabs arrived in Israel as recently as the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. How is that ancient history and how does that make "Palestinians" the "natives"? 8) When and where exactly did a "Palestinian" state, republic, nation state, kingdom, city state, duchy, principality or empire exist in recorded history, what are the names of kings and dynasties, cities, towns, villages and currency and why is there not a single ancient civilization mentioning anywhere any "Palestinian" state, civilization, nation or people?
60. To nr 30 - An American anti-Semite distorting facts
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.09.12)
USS Liberty spied on Israel during the Six Day War and refused to identify themselves. Israel believed they were either Egyptians or Syrians. The responsibility belongs to those wo spied on Israel during the heat of war. Israel apologized to the USA but actually it is the USA who should apologize to Israel for spying on Israel during the war. Rachel Corrie travelled to Israel and acted rudely, unfriendly, aggressively to our soldiers in a war zone, that is politically under the enemy's control, but historically and legally our ancient homeland. Corrie used the invented "occupation" as a pretext to verbally attack our soldiers and she deliberately stood in front of the construction vehicle. The driver could not see her and she had no right to be there in the first place. Would you accept foreigners and non Americans coming to America, causing trouble and arguing with American soldiers and police officers? Probably not. Jonathan Pollard was no "traitor". He did not sell any American state secrets to Israel. The US government explicitly promised to hand over information to Israel regarding Israel's enemies such as Iran and the Arab states. The information Pollard had "stolen" from the USA had nothing to do with American national security at all. The information was about Iran and the Arab states. In what sense that would harm America is beyond me. But USA reneged on its promise, despite explicitly promising Israel this piece of information. Pollard simply gave Israel the very information your country should have given my country to begin with. Many non Jewish/gentile Americans of the past have been traitors, and they did spy at America, steal American military secrets that could jeopardize America's safety and security, and sold the information to enemy states like the USSR and still got only a fraction of the punishment Pollard received. And we all know why Pollard received his harsh punishment. It's because of him being Jewish.
