The ultra orthodox view in technology is very different from the secular view. Some see technology as tools to be embraced ( to a certain extent ) others see the as dangerous and has potential to possibly corrupt so they wan't nothing to do with it. Due to the relatively high growth rates of the Haredim and the fact that most don't work or are educated to be successful contributors to a modern society, the future of Israel is in peril. At some point in the future, Israel may not be able to defend itself militarily or economically. The societal model of Israel Israel must change.

Of course its another article that is bashing the Haredi. I wouldn't worry about the Haredim having many kids and not contributing to the society. I would worry about all the Arabs doing the same and slowly taking over our country.
