Most people don't seem to understand that if there is a housing price "bubble" like in Israel, when the price goes up 100 over 15 years, and then down 30^ they're not getting any bargains.In 1985 In 1988, an apartment for which I could only get
$22,000 is now selling for $325,000. That's no bargain.
