Building more affordable housing in N Negev Its the best time to shift the focus 2013 marks the year where additional water will be available for agriculture industry and domestic use which will drive growth in the areas This will inevitably attract new businesses but in order to get major corps into the area..we need to ensure Beersheba Orbital Road, Trans N S Israel Railway, Beersheba International Airport affordable housing social services etc are built There is no doubt that Israels Centre of Gravity is shifting slowly but surely to its beating heart - Beersheba...the centre of the historic Kingdom of King David And Beersheba will rise up to the challenge!

Most people don't seem to understand that if there is a housing price "bubble" like in Israel, when the price goes up 100 over 15 years, and then down 30^ they're not getting any bargains. In 1985 In 1988, an apartment for which I could only get $22,000 is now selling for $325,000. That's no bargain.
