1. This shows us the true values of Shas!
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (10.18.12)
They chose a convicted criminal, Deri, and Yishai whose negligence caused the deaths of 44 people! At least Deri has paid his debt to society. Of course Netanyahu supported Yishai and his poodle Steinitz and protected them, and himself of course, from being held accountable. This is what happens when a 92 year old "Ayatollah" runs a religious political party. One wonders why he didn't chose Ariel Atias who is at least clean and is doing a fairly good job as Minister of Housing in giving apartments to Haredim and turning his back on non-Haredi young couples and students. No doubt Bibi Netanyahu will welcome this lot into his next coalition!
2. May they share defeat too

3. The Ex Con returns to $h-ass
Haim ,   TA   (10.18.12)
Is this what the Israeli public deserves an ex con? Although with 7 $H-ASS MKs who are convicted felons hes in good company

Sara ,   Canada   (10.18.12)
A convicted criminal is now on his way to sitting in the Knesset. Blessed, no less, by so-called wise leaders. Corruption is a wink to these people! Deri brings shame on the Knesset and on Israel. Shame! Shame! Shame!
5. #4 - And you bring on shame to
Yitzchak M. ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.18.12)
God, the Torah, The Jewish nation, and the Land of Israel, by your refusal to come home to the Land of Israel! As the Rambam, in the Laws of the Land, has declared: There is NO EXCUSE for not living in Israel. Period! Oh, by the way, I am NOT heredi and 25 years ago I gave up my good life in USA to come home to my real home! And I hate it when self-righteous Jews judge the people or the government or the land of Israel!!!
6. The truth is.........
Teddy ,   Jerusalem ,Israel   (10.18.12)
that his return to politics is simply a reflection of the cultural level of Israeli politics in general.
7. How to succeed in politics in Israel ...
rom ,   israel   (10.18.12)
... without really trying. Commit a few felonies while in office; get caught, indicted, found guilty, sentenced to imprisonment; after a few years get released and immediately return to politics with impunity.
