In less than one hour i'm in Dizengoff street ,[ from my home 5 minutes more ] The times are those i checked [ trains ] or experienced myself [ the 405 from Harel to TA ] And not to talk about the fares . I checked it , there are restaurants open on Shabbat in Jerusalem , but how can someone without a car reach them ? They certainly have a day of rest , in the week .
