1. barak's judgement
ishamel   (10.21.12)
bibi went to USA and told barak to handle marmora. Yaalon was out of the loop and barak screwed it up big time. And then he offer ed to apologize to e rdogan to bribe tur key to continue rela tions with isr ael. Lately he predicted that assad would soon fall and that was a year ago. If he does go, he will have killed lots of people and widen the war now with turkey and later israel. bar ak was and is wrong again. The elec tions will get r id of him and see yaalon take over. To be diplomatic, we thank him fo rhis ser vice as he did serve, and hopefully defence does not see him again.
2. Hezbollah shouldn't openly support Assad
zionist forever   (10.21.12)
Its obvious Assad is living on borrowed time and any supporters of the old regime will be an enemy of the new one. Makes no sense that Iran & Hezbollah are so openly supporting Assad. Smart thing to do would be to support him from behind the scenes and publicly say nothing maybe even tell him they don't agree with something now and again for image purposes but behind the scenes be his best friends. The Lebanese should be doing everything possible to stay out of whats going on in Syria even if they are supporters of Assad because they cannot risk the Syrian conflict spewing over into Lebanon with pro & Assad Lebanese clashing which is the first step to resparking the civil war.
3. Such BS...The only one to profit from civil war in
Edithann ,   USA   (10.22.12)
Lebanon is Israel again..just as they did in the Harai assassination..and the resulting faux Israeli/Lebanon debacle...Remember, Israel was the loser and had to call in the UN??? Do you really think Syria cares enough about Lebanon to meddle into their internal politics? WHY? Hezbollah can't really help Syria and Syria is too far gone..But .Lebanon is an irritant to Israel...All ME countries not battling the Arab Spring is an irritant and a threat to Israel... And only Israel has the time to meddle in others affairs, it's what Israel does...and trying to 'right' the humiliation Israel took in their last go-round with Hezbollah is just more proof, and with their new 'drones' flying over Israel....only proves it's Israel...always has been Israel, always will be Israel... TATA... TATA
4. Lebanon
Edouard ,   Montreal Canada   (10.22.12)
Assad is going to move all his forces to south Lebanon making hezbolah much stronger and creat a new state into a state From their he will form a n army string enough that will legitimate itself in ataking israel every day No Arab will dare to sy anything because ataking israel "holy war"
5. #3..its called survival!!! what a ditz you are.

6. To: No. 3
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Isrel   (10.22.12)
If Syria is all that disinterested in Lebanon, as you stupidly claim, what were they doing in the Beka'a Valley for fifteen years? Why do the Syrians consider Lebanon to be a part of "greater Syria?" Whom do you think runs the drug trade out of the Beka'a? Why don't you stick to tic-tac-toe or something that doesn't tax your deficient brain? International affairs is well beyond the capacity of your dim brain to understand!
7. Edithann the American occupation settler, at it again
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (10.22.12)
Posting from her illegal settlement in occupied Native America, Edithann doesn't know that Syria does indeed meddle intimately in Lebanese politics. In fact, Editann doesn't know that Syria occupied most of Lebanon for almost 2 decades. In fact, I'll bet Edithann blames Israel for her occupation of America. The Indian Wars, the destruction of the Sioux, Cree, Mohawk, Huron, Blackfoot, Navajo and other nations wasn't don't by white European settlers - it was done by Israel! But don't tell Editann that we Israelis were all still refugees scattered around the world back when her relatives and friends were occupying America and bringing in millions of slaves from Africa...
