knees and kiss their hinder??? Won't happen anytime soon.
7. I don't think Turkey needs us that much.
Israeli   (10.22.12)
They simply cannot pass over their mega Islamic pride, I mean, their government. If that is so, we have no other alternative, but continue our own way and our own life without Turkish lokum and leather jackets. Neither shall we wear Turkish cotton or eat Turkish preservers. We will simply have to buy them elsewhere because of Turkish megalomaniac policies. Pity and shame for the average and everyday Turks who are quite nice people.
8. How childish are the Turks trying to humiliate Israel!
Jouko ,   Finland   (10.22.12)
9. Turkey solidly in Islamist Camp
DSB ,   Chicago   (10.22.12)
Turkey is solidly in Islamist camp. The quite revolution has infiltrated the Army, the last stronghold of common sense in Turkey. Israel is a Nation that shall Dwell Alone. Time to stop running from it, and embrace it, with the natural steps required to see it through
10. Turkey is a dead man walking...
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (10.22.12)
...that will be overrun demographically by the Kurdish in a few decades - unlike Israel whose demographic Jewish majority population is expected to rise both in absolute and relative numbers. The Turks have suffocated the sanctity of human liberty and freedom for far too long and they have acted as the nr 1 bully of the Middle East, Arabia, Persia, Caucasus, southern Russia, North Africa and Egypt and the Balkans for far too long. The Turks are legends in their own minds and their delusions of grandeur is indicative of their historical bully manners. But despite their big talk against their perceived tiny Jewish "subject state", the angry and warlike behavior of Turkey has not reached any military actions against Israel - Turks merely engage themselves in a war of words and supposedly bruised Turkish egos. Since Turkey is losing the demographic battle in Turkey, Erdogan believes this is Turkey's last chance in history to show itself to be a great Islamic nation leading other Moslems. Turkey is waging a battle against time. Islam is what is wrong with the Middle East. Israel, the Jewish people and the Jewish love for life, liberty, freedom and dignity and perfection of the human soul is what is right about the Middle East.
11. Turks: FREE YOURSELVES from the self-ruinous ISLAMISTS.
Jerry ,   The Netherlands   (10.22.12)
12. Anton it looks like Turkey has already gone that way
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (10.22.12)
On her own way. Nobody knows exactly where or as they say in Turkish - bindik bir alamete gideriz kiyamete - You have thousands of political prisoners in Silivri, Tried to be friends with Arabs but they are only friendly when they can use you, The west considers AKP the useful idiot but they also are in fault. The EU dream has faded. (Don't tell me EU is bankrupt, they are in crisis but as it has happened in the past they will steer themselves out of it). It is a shame to what is happening to the great nation that Ataturk founded with the motto ' peace inside Turkey and peace in the world.

Turkey is a disgrace to NATO! It is bringing a lower class of expectations to the high standards of NATO. It should be sanctioned and/or kicked out.

Dear david, it seems to me you only post here to adress me i am flattered:) but, to say the truth i am tired of writing same things over and over again to you :) for that i ll agree wiyh you and close the case for good, however i wanna say a thing about Eu they dont look good at all they may come out this crisis but its gonna take more than 2 Decade and thats the best scenario there is fat chance of eu splitting up it just needs afew more push, i dont really care for them, many of those countries harbor pkk terrorists there is alot to say about em but this is not the topic till next time israeli friend ;)
17. Turkey + Israel can help Syria
Arab American   (10.23.12)
If Turkey is serious about wanting to help the Syrian people, they should work with Israel. Together Israel and Turkey can help the Syrian people.
18. who is who ?
ercha ,   London UK   (10.23.12)
Turks are childish, but Israelis are stupids !
19. Let Turkey fight Syria ( expensive )
Big bad Jew ,   United States   (10.23.12)
Better than anything Israel could hope for, just don't cross Israel's borders. Any 'apology' from Syria?
20. # 17 Arab American
Big bad Jew ,   United States   (10.23.12)
Who said Turkey is serious about helping the Syrian people? Erdogen is only interested in helping his political career. The 'Arab Spring' wars will continue, the welfare of the people is and isn't the issue; to the people, it is the issue, to their leaders it isn't- as their first priority is their own survival of which their job description is 'tyrant' or, 'dictator' if liberty did come to the people, the people would kill their leaders and so, the leaders kill their own people to remain in power. Pharaoh lives while his people starve and are massacred thousands of years later. Your brethren are in big trouble, again. Aren't you glad to be in America? I am.

David Israel ,   New York, USA   (10.23.12)
Many of my posts also are not published here just like yours. I never use any bad language or insults however many posts that contain insults are posted while mine are dropped. What I am trying to say is that I don't only post replies to you. But what really caught my eye in your post this time is that you wrote you don't really care for EU as well. We had already established that yo don;t care for Israel, it may seem that you don;t care about Arabs too. Well Anton, Nations are like people. Lonely people who isolate themselves from the communities usually end up in depression and suicidal moods. Not good. You may not like or agree everything about your friends but you need some friends. The Republic of Turkey's history shows that good relations with Israel always benefited Turkey. History also shows that Israel never betrayed Turkish friendship even in Turkey's darkest time such as 1974 Cyprus crisis.
22. Israel can not trust Turkey any longer.
Jozef ,   Wroclaw, Poland   (10.23.12)
After Turkey did by alowing a Jihadist Al Qaida sponsorded so Called "aidflotila to Gaza" the relations can never get back to normal. The only way is when Turkey will apologize to Israel.
23. Turkey-Israel relations will remain dormant
Ibrahim ,   Turkey   (10.23.12)
Whether by way of Murder, Manslaughter or in self defense the fact remains that the IDF soldiers have extinguished the lives of 9 Turkish citizens in International waters. As concluded by the UN Palmer Report, either way the IDF's use of force was grossly excessive. The payment of Compensation to the families by Israel and the expression of regret is a reasonable demand by Turkey in the circumstances.
24. # 22...How could you be so wrong?
Edithann ,   USA   (10.23.12)
It was Israel who committed the crimes against Turkish citizens...and it's Israel's place to apologize.. .But who needs Israel anyway...they can't be trusted and are only interested in destabilizing all the countries around themselves as they've just done with Lebanon...It's the cover they need to steal more and more Palestinian lands... TATA

anton ,   Istanbul   (10.23.12)
are you saying that i am depressed that we lost eu and israel? :) your right i dont care for arabs, the state of israel and european union, among these 3 Jews are my favourite :) our relations with eu based on trade and turkey shouldnt trust or rely on them about anythin, arabs dont deserve any mentioing at all lastly israel, this break of relations i think will benefit turkeys domestic weaponary developments the only thing we needed from israel in past now is heavely invested to produce at home due to the realization of there is no friends but interest between countries
26. Ibrahim.
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (10.23.12)
Only recently Syrian military (With the help of Russian weapons) downed a Turkish military jet killing 2 pilots one being a pilot trained to be an Astronaut. Also Syrian bombs have been falling daily to Akcakale area killing 5 including 3 children. These were deliberate attacks on Turks unlike the 9 in the flotilla who were provocateurs. But you are not much concerned about the Syrian attacks that killed innocent children (I guess Muslim killing Muslim is OK for you) .
27. To #26- David
Ibrahim ,   Turkey   (10.24.12)
I would have sincerely wanted you to make a rational analysis and put forward constructive criticism on the situation, rather than make ad hominem attacks against me. Syria and Turkey do not and did not have any defense treaty between themselves. Israel and Turkey did and we were once staunch allies. Syria shot down an unarmed Recon. Jet belonging to the TuAF in a bid to draw Turkey into a Sunni-Alevi conflict, which in turn would cause domestic problems for Turkey at home amongst its own sunni-alevi population. Turkish policy makers and the General Staff are not dump. Turkey did not fall for this, but merely stated that it would respond when its sovereignty was threatened. Turkish artillery systems have conducted saturation bombing of Syrian military outposts on numerous occasions, destroying many Syrian tanks. Turkey and Israel would not confront each other militarily and if anyone is waiting for this to occur they will be waiting for a while. Western powers would never allow the ME's two non-arab States and the only 2 true parliamentary democracies in the region to destroy themselves.
28. Deception!
