Most Jews who lived in Tunisia have immigrated to Israel or France. There they seem be contributing to science, medicine, art, etc. The Tunisians seem bent on chasing out the small remnant of this population. Too bad - they will squander their best opportunity to win a Nobel in the next few decades.
Perhaps the Tunisians should take a lesson from a statement made by King Juan Carlos of Spain who said the biggest mistake his country ever made was expelling its Jews.
