Acceptance by the GA as a non-member state would make no practical difference to anything. By making such an issue out of it, Netanyahu is making an even bigger fool of himself in front of the international community than he did at the UN recently. An illegal annexation of Judea and Samaria would be of no benefit whatsoever to Israel. Deportation of Arab residents to Jordan, without their agreement, would be a crime against humanity and end any international support that Israel has, even in the US Congress.
