1. This idea is totally stupid... why should taxpayers........
Yoni ,   Israel   (11.05.12)
foot the bill to feed and house them? They are not Jewish. DEPORT them and be done with it.
2. Show Off?
Jake in Jerusalem ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (11.05.12)
Firstly, keeping illegal arrivals somewhere remote is not an Israeli invention. Australia has established such detention facilities way (WAY!) out in the desert, far from any cities, where thousands of such people are kept until they can be deported. Secondly, if you really want to put them on show, then how about keeping them in public parks in oh-so-fancy North Tel Aviv and on the grounds of TA University, nearby? Or would the Limousine Liberals there object to that?
3. BOOHOO
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (11.05.12)
Another sob story by our self grandizing bleeding heart Liberals, meanwhile they do not give a damn about poverty by their own citizens. Get it through your thick skulls these people are ILLIGAL ALIENS period. Funny how these liberals always point out to us that this is a law abiding state, only when it suits their frikking own agenda. These people really have their proirities upside down.
4. Activist
Zvi. ,   Israel, yerushalaim   (11.06.12)
Those activist just pretend to care about this migrants. In reality they made money out of they Activism
5. Migrants are a global problem
Moses Mafora ,   Johannesburg, RSA   (11.06.12)
In South Africa we have been invaded by all the people because our ANC government believe it owes everyone in the world except Isarel. Please keep them in Israel before they come to South Africa, we are fine without them. Feed, cloth, school, accomodation for them for free after that they will bite u, GOOD LUCK u need it Israel.
6. It's not 'club Med'
bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (11.06.12)
illegals will quickly spread the word, no more free ride in Israel. Still, even in these harsh conditions, they prefer it to Africa.
7. May I suggest..
bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (11.06.12)
that each 'activist' take one African and their family home with them and share their dwellings for free? Also, while they're at it, provide food, clothing, medical assistance, education, transportation, et al for their 'keep.'? "I heard that "Charity begins at home." When was Israel home to African Muslims???
8. # 4 In that case, reverse roles.
bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (11.06.12)
"Trading places" is what's it all about, isn't it? Why not trade the 'activists homes for those of the Africans, in Africa?? I'm sure the 'activists' wont mind doing for others what they want Israel to do. Or, the African's could stay in Egypt as they pass through their border first, hat would accommodate the Africans, the Law, and the "Activists." Israel is not a dumping ground for muslim Africans.
9. If life is so dreadful ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.06.12)
.... the migrants are free to go back home at any time.
10. They are NOT asylum seekers
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (11.06.12)
as they crossed already a first border before coming illegally in Israel . They are illegals , nothing more . Must be treated with humanity , this does not mean a five stars hotel .
11. Yoni , to where deport them ?
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (11.06.12)
Send them back to Egypt ? to Sudan ? Will they accept them ?
12. #4

Always thinking of money. How typical of you people!
13. #9 Sarah B.
(11.07.12)
You were once a migrant, missie. Or do you conveniently forget??
14. To #12 & #13
Chris ,   Austria   (12.16.12)
Everything is about money: these so named "activists" don't share their money, property and neighborhood with illegals, but have a stable income from NGO's and foreign governments. Jews returned to their homeland, Israel. USA is a country of migrants and Jews came in with legal documents.
