Alan ,   SA   (11.07.12)
4. #3 Tom, it just goes to show you...
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (11.07.12)
Never underestimate the stupidity of the American voter.
5. Obama loathes Israel.
Steve Klein   (11.07.12)
I have my differences with PM Netanyahu on settlements, the Levy Report and the settlement freeze. Netanyahu should never have caved to Obama's immoral demands. He should have formally adopted the Levy Report. The only way a different prime minister would have a better relationship with Barack Hussein Obama is to "give away the store." Committing national suicide is the only way to restore good relations with Obama, this twenty year disciple of Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Barack Obama sides with Israel's enemies.
6. Do we say kaddish for USA now?
Beni B ,   Baltimore   (11.07.12)
70% of jews voted for the impostor.
7. Obama - Hell
candice ,   south africa   (11.07.12)
Obama is a bloody bafoon , a token black presidnet who is more like a hollywood actor . Popularity and a nice smile will only get you so far. U choose the arabs over israel everytime ,but when the oil starts running out in 10 years in those countries you'll be begging israel to be on your side and the Israelis will remember how you snubbed them
8. BiBi ..at Adelson's Venetian...what a WRONG BET......
harvey G ,   Chadds Ford PA USA   (11.07.12)
This Gambling BUFFOON BiBi thought he was at Adelson's venetian..All of the sudden..he realizes he is at the MGM... He seems like the Gambler that LOST all his Money...and is being thrown out on the Curb...and soon will be crying... Sheldon!....OH ...Sheldon..help..
9. #4 don't be so harsh
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (11.07.12)
You have two opposing philosophies. One says reward the people who work hard. This gives motivation for people to work and is what made America great. The other philosophy says to be fair, take from people who work and give free stuff to everyone. If enough people get free stuff without working, Obama gets reelected. Benjamin Franklin predicted this when he said "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic. "
10. #8 Stupid comment. Typical Obama licker.
nudnik69   (11.07.12)
We will all pay a higher price now - you will see
11. Perfectly correct!
Naor ,   USA   (11.07.12)
Any politician who criticizes Netanyahu's sour relations with Obama and claims theirs would better, is simply stating "I would concede more to Obama's appeasement demands". Now that Obama no longer needs the Jewish vote, who knows what is in store for Israel.
12. Bibi caused the tension
Barry ,   Boston   (11.07.12)
Announcing controversial housing plans during the visit of the US vice president is what caused the tension. Who goes out of their way to embarass a visiting foreign official and doesn't expect to pay a price for it? It was an insult to the US.
13. Should Israel fail to act decisively
John Prophet   (11.07.12)
in its defense, the sun will soon set on the dream called Israel. It is written!
14. Bibi's record
Anshel ,   Canada   (11.07.12)
Bibi is not a gambler and not a fool. Look at his record: no wars, Nasrallah is still hiding in his bunker, so far even the Muslim Brotherhood's Musri did not dare to touch the peace treaty, Assad is under assault from within, Saudis and Bahrain trust Israel more today as Obama's USA, Iran's economy is hurting badly, Israeli economy withstood the big economic meltdown much, much better than the mighty USA, Spain, Italy and never mind Greece. yes, he stood up to Obama and Hillary Clinton, because their demands visa Bibi had nothing to do with advancement of peace, just were trying to coax unilateral concessions.
15. #10...Why my Dear..You seem Pissed..Too bad....
harvey G ,   Chadds Fors USA   (11.07.12)
16. ? Bibi created tense relations by repeatedly lying to Obama
miki ,   tampa   (11.07.12)
17. #16 While Obama was talking shit behind Bibi's back?
Alex   (11.07.12)
The tense relation is mutual.
18. obama made the tentions because he sees Israel (all of it)
as a european colony ,   just like the arabs   (11.07.12)
he made the tension in his 1st 4 years, and now he will secretly move to help destroy Israel in the next 4. The writing is already on the wall
19. It was far from a roulette game.
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (11.07.12)
I have written in my many comments, that Obama will win. It was not a political result, but a racial one, as USA has lost white domination. What Israel do can is to strenghten its souvereignity and save its national, jewish interests.
20. To: No. 12
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.07.12)
No, Prime Minister Netanyahu did not cause the tension; Obama did. He pushed an Islamist agenda from the get-go, and bullied Israel ceaselessly. Whether Obama and his toadies at Foggy Bottom realize it or not, Israel is the only reliable ally that the United States has in the Middle East. Obama never deigned to pay a state visit to Israel, although he managed to find the time to meet and greet Mubarak (whom he promptly threw under a bus), gallivant all around the Middle East and kneel before the king of Saudi Arabia .... the message was clear. Obama was not interested in forging closer ties with Israel in his first term, and he is not interested in improving the relationship with Israel now. In some ways, that's a good thing. Israel is free to do what is best for Israel, and not worry about how its actions will play in the Arab/Moslem street that is clearly Obama's chiefest concern.
21. THE TRUTH AT LAST! Rare event from the media.
Jake   (11.07.12)
"SECRETLY, Netanyahu would have like to see Romney in the White House...But the Israeli prime minister never went public with these wishes". Thank you, for finally dispelling the lie in the media that Netanyahu "interfered in the US elections". The truth at last.
22. #8, guilt by association? Then what about SOROS?
Jake   (11.07.12)
George Soros is the billionaire donor who helped get Obama elected, who just hapened to also donate to the Left-wing opposition in Israel.
23. #12, You sound like the lion who threatened the lamb
Jake   (11.07.12)
accusing the lamb of having insulted him, last year... to which the lamb responds, in a vain attempt to save himself, "But sire, I wasn't even born yet."
24. Israel
Henry ,   Cavite, Philippines   (11.07.12)
In these Last Days world leaders are not moved by their intellect but by God in order to make true the scriptures. It is time for Israel to ask themselves WHY they are hated, WHY they are ostracized, and WHY there has always been a threat of violence in their midst. Each and every Israeli knows the answer but do not want to confront reality. God is not too far to reach. Jesus has been waiting for a long time to hear Israel's sweet voice.
25. 4 more years with a strange follower..
Beary White ,   Norway   (11.08.12)
..on the top of the hill. It will be nice to witness the worlds reaction when things are revealed..
26. So Bibi felt hurt because of Obama's Cairo visit
Stan ,   Israel   (11.08.12)
Reminds me of my grandchildren. Every time a new baby comes along, the one who was youngest is hurt because he is no longer the center of attraction. So "Baby Bibi ", whose family is well connected, is now in 'nursery school". He is jealous because the new teacher is giving more attention to the other kids. All turns out well, Obama, the new teacher, continues to give little Bibi more chocolates ( about 3 billion dollars every year) than all the other children together. Complaints from parents of other children about little Bibi bullying their children continue to be ignored and there are no sanctions against Bibi's family. ( US vetos at the UN)
27. "Obama..... Dreamt of winning the jackpot"
Stan ,   Israel   (11.08.12)
All American presidents in recent years have tried to broker a Peace Deal between Israel and the Arabs. The harshest towards Israel was James Baker Secretary of State under George Bush Sr. not Obama. If one day PG there will be Peace with the Arabs, the winner of the jackpot will be ISRAEL
28. Unwarranted gloom
zivron   (11.08.12)
The Jews in Israel have a lot of strength it depends on the religious Zionist and haredi sectors consolidating their gains and waiting for the next opportunity.Congress is still Republican and hopefully will be aggressive in limiting Obamasdegradation of the military and unloving attitude to Israel.and affection for Eygpts ballanceof islamistdthe army andvarieties of secularists.Thesocial gap has to be decreased there are still great rewards for high achievers.Military Science is Booming both defensive offensive and so isDisaster.Preparadness.FoodzSecuriyy are urgent issues as is human wellbeingand emerging diseases and treatments.
29. Pointless 'damage control'
Guy ,   Rishon Letzion   (11.08.12)
It is truly sad-but not surprising-to see the knee-jerk reactions in this article and the majority of these talkbacks, typically going out of their way to blame Obama for the backsliding in US-Israel relations, instead of the real culprit. Face facts-Bibi has continuously spit in the face of the President, talked down to him, deliberately timed announcements regarding the settlements to coincide with visits from American officials, and all but said out loud that he preferred Romney to Obama. It may be true that Obama has never been in 'love' with Israel like his predecessors, but Netanyahu simply aggravated the situation 100 fold with his stupidity. That said, Bibi is a security liability to this country-he simply cannot be allowed to serve another term that will, with great certainty, damage relations between us even more. And Yoav Hendel-seriously? A rape analogy? Do you have any class? Then again, look at who you're representing...
30. # 9
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (11.08.12)
I think we are both right. Benjamin Franklin was right and the end for us here in America is near. The United States is an obstacle to one world government and Obama is out to remove it. America will fall but Israel never will.
