Does that imply light, Russian admixed Ashkenazim? Or does it imply Ashkenazim, Sephardim and Mizrahim but no Ethiopian? I don't know how "fair skinned" and "dark skinned" people are defined but most Ashkenazim and Sephardim are actually very similar in outward appearance. Only a minority of Ashkenazim are blonde and only a minority of the Sephardim are "dark skinned". Some people for ideological reasons, try to create internal conflicts and tensions within the Jewish people when in fact the overwhelming majority of the Jews in Israel are homogenous in outward appearance and genetics. This is no "opinion" - this is a fact. And other people may argue as much as they wish, but they cannot change the reality on the ground. If the girl is Ethiopian, she has to understand that Ethiopians constitute a very small percentage of our population. They have to statistically correspond to the amount of people displayed in the booklet.

I'd say there's a huge difference between Mizrachim and Africans! Mizrachim are as "Black" as Chinese are Aztek Indians LOL!

Let me ask you this: are you blind? The pigmentational difference between average Ashkenazim and Sephardim is minor. The first Sephardi that comes to my mind when I think of fair people is Lior Ashkenazi who (despite his surname) is fully Sephardic, he's fairer complexed than your average Ashkenazi. Alon Aboutboul is a great example of an average Sephardi, once again no difference from Ashkenazim. I recently discussed the matter with a Lebanese, who thought average Ashkenazim undoubtedly would fit in Lebanon/Northern Levant. The belief that Mideasterners are "black" or "swarthy" is based on some medieval European definition. To north Europeans even Italians were "black" in the past. I'd consider most Temanim "white"/"olive" even though there are also those with darker, "black" apperance.
