Under the Netanyahu premiership the FM's role is non existent. Foreign policy is designed by the PM himself and Barak.
2. How wonderful, reward a killer for threats, way to go bibi.
Bunnie Meyer ,

3. An even tougher response
What are you plans?
Stealing their land? Use them as human shields? Put them in jail without bringing them to court first?
Oh, you would like to kill them all?! A wonderful idea because nobody would talk about Germany anymore.
But I guess you think on holding back their money. Well, this is a real clever idea. It will just turn the West Bank into a huge Gaza strip because then Hamas takes over the power.
4. All over the world
life of israelis from Europe or "wherever came" to be hell in earth
5. To: No. 3
I will address your points in no particular order.
No, we will annex Judea and Samaria and repatriate the Arabs illegally residing their to Jordan, country of their citizenship (courtesy of Jordan's Citizenship Law of 1954.
Remember what happened to Germany following World War II? Why should the Arabs pay any less a penalty for starting and losing six wars?
If your fears are true, and lack of Israeli support for Abbas would mean that Hamas takes over -- well, then the West Bank Arabs were never really partners for peace to begin with, were they?
No, we wouldn't kill them all. We are not, after all, Germans.

U.S.A. / Israel
6. Where else could you get a competitor as stupid a abass ?
all over the world from whereever you murderous race came from, saudi arabia or jordan... it will be hell on earth with your little boy loving prophet mohammad
8. punish the Palestinians.....
Who are we really going to punish if not ourselves. How can it possibly be of any benefit to Israel to overthrow Abbas ??? Do we really want to rule the Palestinians??? The whole thing is just absurd!
9. To: A at No. 8
We have no intention of "ruling" the ersatz "Palestinians." We will simply annex Judea and Samaria, and repatriate the Arabs who illegally reside there to Jordan, country of their citizenship. They will then become someone else's problem.
Sarah B ,
U.S.A. / Israel
11. #5 There's just one problem
But unlike Germany Jordan will not take them.
12. israel threatens to ropple abbas
Well people,you are all wrong.
This is a typical lieberman ballon.
We are before elections.lieberman makes is own foreign policy or better he tries to put bibi into a decision making corner by overtaking bibi to the right.bibi can not decide.he never could.lieberman will win the day.this is all about internal israeli mumbo jumbi.
The question is how did liberman brought the leftist foreign ministry to write auch a paper.cowards.
13. Dear Walter, No 11
Nobody asked Germany then will it accept it's citizens or not. Arab dwellers of Judea and Samaria are citizens of Jordan, therefore Jordan must accept them. And do not forget please that "Jordan" was created by British on 3/4 of the land that was supposed to be the Jewish National Home.
According to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties:
Article 60: Termination or suspension of the operation of a treaty as a consequence of its breach
1. A material breach of a bilateral treaty by one of the parties entitles the other to invoke the breach as a ground for terminating the treaty or suspending its operation in whole or in part.
3. A material breach of a treaty, for the purposes of this article, consists in:
...(b) the violation of a provision essential to the accomplishment of the object or purpose of the treaty.
That was the Intifada in 2000, and it is the PA's moves now. We should send them back to Tunis and Beirut and return to the status quo ante. For peace's sake.
Yishai Kohen ,
15. Overthrow Abbas for seeking U.N. recognition!!?
Israel's really gone off the deep end. These people living in a whole different dimension of reality of their own...
typical response. blame Israel, blame US. but no anger or concern to the fact that Palestinian leaders like arafat, abbas have always swindled your people, kept them living in the gutters, but your first response is about Israel. I am not a fan of "the avigdor", but clean your side, prop up a leader that actually cares about his people, and not one that profits off of the label "refugees". and stop blaming everyone else. Israelis do that too, but they have developed a beautiful country already. but I'm sure it's rough when all your leaders get rich off keeping your families in the slums doggie....
Toppling Abbas is a bad idea. He has for the most part kept his people in check. I think that would embolden Hamas and Israel needs that like I need a hole in my head. There has to be some middle ground. I don't know the answer, but there has to be one and toppling Abbas at this stage in the game is not the answer.,
Sheik Rattle & Roll ,
18. Sarah, Sarah, it is 100% impossible to "repatriate" anyone.
Jordan will simply close it borders and refuse to take them and the entire world, INCLUDING the USA, will agree with them. With no place for the "undesirables" to go, what next? Will you simply kill them in place? You can NOT "win" at this no matter how much you wish you could. your "solutions" are completely delusional and impossible in the real world. It is long past time for you an the rest of the Israelis to face reality. You have ONLY two choices: (1) remove ALL the settlers and give the Arabs the WB, or (2) annex the WB and make every human a FULL citizen of Israel. These are your ONLY two options, there are no others..
19. More Israeli delusions
Just who do Israelis think will replace Abbas? If no one replaces Abbas, then Israel will have to take over responsibility for the WB leading to defacto annexation, with all that implies. Otherwise Abbas will be replaced by a much more extreme leader or Fatah will be replaced by Hamas. there is zero chance that any leader that can avoid being killed by the Palestinians will be even close to being a "moderate."
20. Talking of bank accounts Mr Liberman
21. # 5, losing your touch Sarah?
You say - "No, we will annex Judea and Samaria and repatriate the Arabs illegally residing their to Jordan, country of their citizenship (courtesy of Jordan's Citizenship Law of 1954."
Residing THEIR ?? Ma kara? Surely THERE!
You also open brackets but fail to close them.
I guess you must have been over excited when you wrote this one, or you may even deny that you wrote it.

23. If u dare!!!!
sorry to say but israel is becoming weaker everyday !!!!!
24. Please take Liebermann's megaphone away
That is pretty hilarious, when is Liebermann's long-overdue trial for alleged corruption coming up again? Israel should firstly address the instance of public corruption in Israel, which is sky-high, talk about the pot calling the kettle black!
Liebermann is always uncouth threats, bravado and bluster. Israel cannot go around removing the heads of governments that they don't like, it is totally far-fetched and stupid. The clumsy position paper sounds like it was written by a crude politician seeking quick votes, rather than a foreign ministry expert who knows how things are done. Bibi and Yvet have delusions of grandeur out of all proportion to their very limited abilities.

25. Sarah B at 9
You really have no clue, do you Sarah? "We will simply annex Judea and Samaria, and repatriate the Arabs who illegally reside there to Jordan, country of their citizenship."
Israel CAN'T legally annex the West Bank or any part of it, read Geneva Convention 4. Annexation is only possible with the consent of the occupied civil authority. Which part of that don't you understand???
Anyone who seriously advocates physically removing 2.4 million Palestinians needs their head examined. Israeli weasel words like 'repatriation' cut no ice in the UN or international courts, they tend to call it by its proper name, ethnic cleansing, as per Bosnia, Rwanda and Poland in 1941 - and to take military action to prevent it. Such an act would make Israel and, by association, all Jews, despised and totally isolated in world opinion (not that the USA would permit Israel to do anything so foolish for one minute).
Extremists like you give Israel a bad name I'm afraid.
r cummings ,
26. #21 She didn't use her necessary grammar checker.
So if you think Lieberman is wrong what do you suggest ? Let Abbas go the UN and get his membership, access the International courts and sue Israel for every Muslim false accusations that exists in their twisted minds ? You would love that wouldn't you...but no Lieberman is correct that if the PA breaks the Olso accords then Israel can lawfully annex Judea and Samaria and bring down both the PA and Hamas factions and boot them out of the land of Israel..
28. You talk big all the time.
You show your stupid comments all the time, it is funny to read your ridiculous posts., ,You are in USA and have no idea what you talk about.
Palestine forever ,
29. Sarah, Please stop making idiotic comments
Everytime I read Sarah remarks, I cringe because of how she says the craziest things. She is probably on acid....
30. To #18
Look, it's real simple. There are far more choices than the two you favour. Want an example:
- Close Gaza and West Bank borders entirely, incl. israeli water, electricity, food, medical and whatever we Israelis provide them with (let's see how long they'll make it with their neighboring countries arab friends. I suspect nobody will provide them with anything except ammunitions and rockets).
- Declare in front of the UN that this is the status quo and that from this second an attack on Israeli soil will be seen as an attack from a foreign country.
- Wait till the first rocket hit Israel again (shouldn't take more than a couple of hours)
- Invade, annex and expel.
That's just one scenario which may be possible, although it might be a bit far stretched.
