1. Hamas hit
Dan ,   NYC   (11.14.12)
One can never kill enough Arabs! Improve the gene pool...kill more
2. Well done IDF!
Mea   (11.14.12)
3. First things first. But expect the worst.
Stephen in New York   (11.14.12)
Gaza first, then Hezbollah, then Iran. The alternative is to accept an Iranian dirty bomb going off in some urban area sooner rather than later. Or an Iranian EMP attack on the US by a missile launched from a container on a civilian cargo ship. Or an Iranian first nuclear strike on Israel. Expect the worst if Iran develops nuclear weapons.
4. Red Lines
nigel ,   london   (11.14.12)
since when did these terrorist thugs have red lines ? I assume they will start using heavily populated areas in Gaza to fire missiles from again ( putting innocent residents at immediate risk) . I assume they will start firing missiles from next to UN compounds again, I assume they will start firing from mosques and schools again. Israel has acted with remarkable restraint and does all it can to mitigate civilian casualties. Hamas et al do all they can to maximise civilian casualties.
5. Let them come at ya, keep using drones.
Miron ,   USA   (11.14.12)
without stop. Hunt down low level operatives and mid level operatives. Not only high. Set the price on Hanieah head and hunt him down from D.C. to Istanbul. There is no place where he is safe. Hamas is not going to live long.
6. HAMAS, two questions
USA   (11.14.12)
1) Why are you talking retribution when you started this round of fighting by launching, almost daily, rockets in to Israel? 2) Why are you not celebrating Al-Jabari's entrance into paradise and his many promised rewards? This should be celebration time not retribution time. Don't you have FULL FAITH in your religion????
7. I pray Israel finally flatens their enemies!
Michael ,   Canada   (11.14.12)
When they vow revenge, bring them to their knees. If one more rocket lands in Israel carpet bomb the entire strip. Dont sent leaflets anymore, just bomb them until they beg for you to stop!!! You will never be able to trust a wild animal, never, ever, ever!!!
8. How Long Until Hamas Cries Uncle
ACortez ,   Anaheim, CA, USA   (11.14.12)
I hope Bibi makes a strong effort to kill the leadership of Hamas even if their bunkers are under civilian buildings. Time to make the islamists understand that their terror will be countered decisively!
9. Hamas
mike ,   Seattle USA   (11.14.12)
Where to the Palestinians get the idea that they can fire missiles into Israel, try to kill Jewish men, women and children whenever they please, and suffer no adverse consequences as a result of their actions. They are like children on a playground. We used to have a saying for children like this: "They can dish it out but they can't take it."
10. Good!
DavidR ,   USA   (11.14.12)
Maybe now the stupid lulls will end and Israel will take care of business once and for all! Bring it on hamass!
11. we should do the same to them - and MORE!
shifra ,   los angeles us   (11.14.12)
time to really disengage. no more goods from Israel, no more chashmal, nothing. let their military weapons suppliers supply everything else as well. it's time for Israel to take care of its own. there are Israelis in need. why should taxpayer money go to the aggressive, murderous enemy??? TIME TO WAKE UP!
12. A "symbol of the resistance"?
Chris ,   USA CA   (11.14.12)
" Hamas’ government in Gaza issued a brief statement mourning the loss of Al-Jabari who was described as “a great commander and one of the symbols of the resistance.” Resistance to WHAT? Don't these 'maroons' realize Israel left Gaza in 2005?
13. Payback time
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (11.14.12)
Hamas has been restrained and forbearing almost to the point of magnanimity. Israel has stepped on the Resistance's neck once too often. It's now payback time and the Zionists will pay dearly and with much interest for this murder.
14. Bombing of Gaza
Jack Hackman ,   Phoenix, Arizona   (11.14.12)
What world does Hamas think they are living in? They blast rockets at Israel EVERY DAY. Did they think there would no retaliation? If Hamas attacks Israel with suicide bombings and other attacks Israel should make Gaza part of the sea. Hamas is morally bankrupt.
15. Hamas threats
Jafari ,   Toronto   (11.14.12)
the terror groups have been at war with you Israel for a long time. Maybe you will wake up now. Only through strength can you win now.
16. Well done IDF!
Mea   (11.14.12)
17. #13
Rodney ,   C.T. SA.   (11.14.12)
You are a total moron.
18. A Good Start But.....
Dan ,   Florida - Tel Aviv   (11.14.12)
Now is the time to cut off all Food, Fuel, Money, Electricity and Water to Gaza. Let those miscreants allow the warmth of radical Islam and the fantasy of destroying Israel keep them warm and fed.
19. This is a big break through!
Jerome ,   Basalt, Colorado   (11.14.12)
Hamass by saying they burn Israeli cities is an admission that Israel does exsist!
20. If H thinks 1000s rockets isnot a redline,they need optician
Alan ,   SA   (11.14.12)
21. Interesting logic
Jared ,   Toronto, Ontario   (11.14.12)
So the attack on their commander opens the door for new attacks but the 100's of rockets were what exactly? A minor nuisance? Give me a break. Watch the world ignore Syria's thousands of civilians dead and concentrate and focus their opposition on Israel.
22. #13, Really? Are you an American?
Cynic ,   USA   (11.14.12)
We have been killing Al Qaeda and Taliban figures for years, the least of which was Bin Laden. Do you oppose that too?
23. It is time to apply Ohms law
Meir Elazar   (11.14.12)
Ohms law says that current (amps) equals voltage divided by resistance. So the more resistance from Gaza the less current they should receive. Politics and terrorism doesn't may much sense but the laws of electricity and nature do and certainly are applicable here. Cut off their electricity proportionally to their "resistance".
24. #13 It appears you've entered the fray too...
Mark ,   Lodz, Poland   (11.14.12)
...late to get your facts right, graczekeleh. ...and your comments have no bearing to the sequence of events.... Your hate for us still deludes you in your wistful posts.... YAWN
25. the strike....strike 1
jo moor   (11.14.12)
Nature works by simple rules: for every action there is a reaction. The equation must balance. 1 rocket action gets a targeted strike reaction. Israel you have a long way to catch up. Go for it! Kol hakavod!
26. graczek the coward
DavidR ,   USA   (11.14.12)
You sit in your plush little chair in front of your keyboard and write nonsense. Why don't you catch a flight to Egypt and cross into gaza and do a little payback yourself. Its because you are just like the rest of hamass who hides behind the skirts of their women and sets up rocket launchers in the schools of their children to shoot at innocent women and children in southern Israel. You are such a pathetic sickening little coward. Get out of my country you piece of trash!
27. To: No. 13
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.14.12)
You have a rich fantasy life, I must say. Israel can destroy Gaza root and branch in a matter of hours. You are correct that it is payback time -- but it will the terrorist scum in Gaza that will be on the receiving end. And pay they will -- dearly. How long did you think Israel was going to tolerate daily missile barrages and mortar fire at civilian population centers? We know where they stockpile their weapons; we know their leadership's movements and we can get them any time we want. And we will do precisely that.
28. to number 26
Barney ,   USA   (11.14.12)
well said. we shouldn't allow this garbage into our country or Israel
29. Palestinian who is a Pollack wannabe
Koose E Mack ,   NY NY   (11.14.12)
Graczek, stop playing with yourself in public....The only thing Israel will pay for are the bullets, shells, and rockets that are going to level that cesspool Gaza. Believe me, that is money well spent!
30. Although I do not support Hamas but
Palestinian   (11.14.12)
israelis from Europe or wherever they came from to live in our homes in Palestine because Balfour from England told them so do not understand because of event like today will make Palestinians stronger and fear nothing. We know that israelis will never fight in equal footing. We know that we have been chosen to face the rebels israeli till the last day. ITS one life We will LIVE in dignity no matter what, even if this will lead to no israeli to stay in Palestine.
