1. Erdogan bully
Mira ,   Vienna   (11.16.12)
Can't you see yourself how ridiculous are your claims? And how pathetic! You must be very desparate now (no praying in AlQuds, only in Israeli Jerusalem) and desparate people always tend to get foolish. To your great misfortune the Free Western World thinks the opposite this time!
2. Complete cut off of trade and all relations with Turkey NOW!
Yaniv ,   Israel   (11.16.12)
3. Erdogan
jeremy ,   hula valley kibbutz   (11.16.12)
I guess the shells that fell in Turkey were also fabricated, and that it is okay for Turkey to shell Syria. Erdogan it looks like you are becoming more a mouth piece for Iran and Hamas than a leader of a democratic country. Oh wait, in your eyes, democratic only means what you says it is
4. Erdogan
Ruben ,   Jerusalem   (11.16.12)
So if 1 or 2 missiles come from Syria to Turkey it's OK to retaliate, but Israel is supposed to receive more than 100 missiles and do nothing. it seems that Mr Erdrogan only cares about moslem blood. Interesting double standards
5. I hope everyone can actually see what's going on
the mad zionist ,   sf-ny-is   (11.16.12)
since Obama's first term, he has weakened the US not only economically, but in terms of US clout internationally. Russia is increasingly becoming a superpower again, and soon. enough, by the end of Obama's 2nd term, US will have no pull anywhere in the ME. Turkey, Egypt, (soon Jordan), Syria will under be under the eye if Russia, empowering Iran. Obama's foreign policy has one clear objective, sit back and let the world unravel, john kerry as defence minister will only emphasize that. Israel needs to pound Hamas to the point where they would becompletely ineffective in case a war between Iran, Egypt & Turkey erupts. theTurkish people need to vote in another president, a true Turk, not an Islamist extremist. it's scary where the world is heading too. could this have Been what Obama meant when he told medvedev about more flexibility after elections? the US will realize this grave mistake only after these extremist governments turn their eye to them. I would really love to hear what Obama says yo morsi, erdogan, putin in private conversations. my gut tells me it's worse than appeasement, cooperation is more feasible.
6. stop saying Israel's relations with Turkey
the mad zionist ,   sf-ny-is   (11.16.12)
started when Israel killed the marmara terrorists. it started before that at the davos conference when erdogan went off on peres over lies. that's when relations started deteriorating
7. Erdogan deserves a Peace Shnobel prize for 2012
Oleg ,   US   (11.16.12)
8. ERDOGAN ANIMAL
Roy ,   Canada   (11.16.12)
You belong in a zoo with your friend from Iran, North Korea, Lebanon, and Gaza.
9. Dangerous Situation
jake Singer ,   NYC USA   (11.16.12)
No doubt the assassination was in response to the Hamas attack on the Army Jeep. Military target for military target. But, was the timing and manner right? I see a very bad situation that Israel is now in. Epypt and Turkey pledging to support Gaza. Hezbollah to the north with their accurate spot on missiles. Now let's look at Jordan to the East which is experieincing some tumult. What a great way to divert the attention back to Israel if they support Gaza as well. Have we forgotten Syria. Starting a war with Israel on that front would be a god send for Assad and the Alawites. Can Israel fight all these battles on all fronts. Including against a Nato armed member like Turkey? The world isn't the same place. The muslim Brotherhood controls most of the boders around Israel. A lot of destruction will be rained down on Tel Aviv. I just don't think Netanyahu and his advisors made the right decision timing wise. It appears to be more motivated by the upcoming elections than any sound reasoning.
10. Erdogan, Assad's best friend...
Jonathan   (11.16.12)
Showing off that he has Obama's phone number. Seriously, as if I needed to hear more BS in the last few days. You should focus on the next aiding-ship and 'non-violent' protesters that would hit the Israeli Defence Forces. You are such a good friend. I'm sure that Israel misses the 'relationship' with you so much. Go hug Assad.
11. #9 Whatever. Just mind your own effing business.
Jake   (11.16.12)
12. WTF?
Matta ,   Netanya   (11.16.12)
Jabari is an "innocent person?" Say what? BTW Erdogan, how many inoocent Kurdish women and children have you killed this month?
13. It's obvious who the oppressor is.
Ruben ,   Jerusalem   (11.16.12)
How many missiles and bombs do you think Israel has sent to kill 22 Palestinians?
14. thank you mr erdogan...
les ,   canada   (11.16.12)
for 'DECRYING" Israeli airstrikes against those animals, purposely shooting thousands of rockets on civilian population. I am sure all KURDS agree with you 100% both in turkey and Iraq too...
15. Erdogan's comments on Gaza
Saky ,   New York   (11.16.12)
Message to NATO. Are you sure you can tolerate Turkey as a member for much longer? I would not put a single one of my tax dollars to ever defend Turkey from aggression from a third party. They don't understand what it means.
16. Opinionated
Chaim ,   USA   (11.16.12)
Erdogan is welcome to voice his opinion regardless of his Islamist leanings, bigotry and hatred towards Israel.
17. Amazing hypocrisy
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.16.12)
Syrian rebels / military (still isn't clear) fired a mortar round into Turkey, and Erdogan orders an excessive response. Ersatz "Palestinian" terrorists fire tens of thousands of missiles deliberately aimed at civilian populations, and Erdogan calls Israel the aggressor. I think his cancer has metastasized to his brain -- which is really close to his colon, anyway.
18. Erdogan is an expert in pre-election stunts
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (11.16.12)
For example: before elections he delivered pressure cookers to households without the lids. He told the people they would get the lids (Most important part of the pressure cooker) if he gets elected in the voting precinct (Gultepe precinct in Izmir 10 years ago). He delivered care packages including rice sugar flour and charcoal for heating before elections promising more if he wins. Before every elections in the past 10 years he created a crisis with Israel in order to get more votes. Erdogan is the master of pre-election stunts.
19. We hve to excuse erdogann..
Beary White ,   Norway   (11.16.12)
he is deaf on both ears, and did not see ANY rockets fired into Israel. Also he is analphabetic and cannot read newspapers or browse the internet. Poor errdogan...
20. Blasting IDF jeep started it. Why Hamas preelection stunt?
Cyberbrain ,   World   (11.16.12)
21. I C
zznhl   (11.16.12)
And these remarks come from someone who retaliates for bombs in Istanbul by destroying Kurdish villages and killing unknown hundreds of Kurdish civilians!
22. So Strange: not a single sensible leader in arab countries?
Jouko ,   Finland   (11.16.12)
23. Jake, #9
DavidR ,   USA   (11.16.12)
Read Psalm 83 and Isaiah 17:1
24. ErDOGan accuses Israel
DavidR ,   USA   (11.16.12)
ErDOGan is a calif want to be. He is too ignorant to accomplish it however. All this idiot is doing is adding fuel to the fire and if it escalates to Turkey he will find out that even if he is NATO armed he is no match for Israel whose technology far surpasses that of NATO. Most of NATO technology was given to them by Israel and Israel would not have done it if they hadn't already far surpassed what they gave them. ErDOGan, shut up while there is still time. Pray Israel forgets your obscene mouthing off.
25. Israeli Stunt
Steve Grumman ,   Tucson, USA   (11.16.12)
Israel tried like mad to pull off a stunt to influence the U.S. election. And Netanyahu tried his best to meddle in the election by making repeated trips to the U.S. Now he's trying to boost his own image by picking on someone smaller than himself - and the usual zionist scapegoat - the Palestinians. When will we all be rid of this distasteful person?
26. Bad Situation for Israel
Steve Grumman ,   Tucson, USA   (11.16.12)
Israel has also placed itself in a bad place vis-a-vis the United States. America's hands are tied as far as helping Israel in any way. Turkey and Egypt are large, key allies of America and important to its strategy in the Middle East. It is doubtful that America will want to rile either of these two good allies at this time and Israel will have to deal with any matters that Netanyahu and his gun toting thugs dream up. This is not good for the Israeli people.
27. Erdogan on the edge of psychosis
Al H Kefak ,   US   (11.16.12)
If what this guy says on a regular basis (over the last 4 years) didn't sound like a Terrorist mouthpiece e.g. Hanan Ashrawi (The closet Catholic pretending to be a Moooslim), it would almost be like watching someone on the street mumbling to themselves.
28. #9 TIMING?
Brant ,   Hilton Head USA   (11.16.12)
There's really no right timing, is there, with this broad, ugly Jew-baiting and Israel-hating coming from Morsi and Erdogan and Hamas and Hizbullah. What there is, is a need to stop the rockets; whatever it takes and, if any of these loving allies of Hamas decide they want in on the fight, I suspect Israel's answer will be retaliation on their civilians for rockets on israeli civilians. I suspect a few resistance leaders, bravely puffing out their chests in their underground hideouts are having nightmares about driving anywhere, in anything,.
29. a stunt? then, it was hamas' stunt
rick ,   erdo sure is stupid   (11.16.12)
let's see: when the syrians attacked rebels using turkey as a base or for refuge, erdo attacked syria. but, erdo the dumb expects Israel to passively endure an endless stream of terrorist rockets? erdo is a retrograde clown.
30. Kurds
David ,   Minneapolis, USA   (11.16.12)
I hope the PKK start lobbing rockets into Turkey, let's see their reaction then. Perhaps they'd invade just like they did in Armenia when over 2 million Armenians were butchered by the Turks.
