Iron Dome is not an offensive weapon, but a defensive weapon. Its not fired at anyone but at incoming missiles, and is obviously deployed close to population centres to protect the population. Don't try and compare that to the firing of Grad missiles from residential buildings like Hamas do and Hizbollah did in Lebanon. You obviously know that that is disgusting behaviour, typical of a weak militia who depend on Israel's good will and morality, in the hope that they will not fire back. And usually Israel does not, even endangering their own army and civilians.
