When HAMAS and other Terror groups exploit and weaponize the Geneva Convention, then they bear full responsibility for all PAL Civilian deaths. The PALs have build weapons factories and storage facilities inside civilian housing facilities and are using the civilians as human shields. The have exploited civilians who have no other value for propaganda purposes. As such all responsibility for PAL civilian casualties are the sole responsibility of HAMAS and Israel bears no blame.
