31. Negotiating with those who lie
John Prophet   (11.19.12)
to attain what they want is stupidity in its highest form.
32. The reality of any ceasefire is taqiya, the Arafat fan dance
PETER SM ,   MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA   (11.19.12)
the usual nonsense of denying and condemning everything in English and authorising in Arabic
33. Miron #1, I think your are correct, but
Chas. ,   Los Angeles   (11.19.12)
in the long run so is Israel as it becomes more apparent that Israel is a savage and cowardly society that is bent on destroying the Palestinians. It is just a matter of time before the whole world discovers who the Israelis really are.
34. The most important condition
No trade ,   with Hamastan   (11.19.12)
"crossings on the Gaza-Israel border will remain closed"
35. Hahahahaha......Anyone would be glad to accept
Edithann ,   USA   (11.19.12)
Israeli's offer...So why didn't Israel offer that to Hezbollah the last time? Gaza is here to stay..so are the tunnels, and the rockets .... TATA

k ,   US   (11.19.12)
he knows what he is doing My Mom always liked him so I knew he is doing something right I know he just wants peace for the Israelis and he will do whatever it takes you are the man Benjamin!
38. Regime change in Gaza. Hamas out. Fatah in.
b mezritch ,   philadelphia pa   (11.19.12)
Hamas is in no position to make demands for truce. Finish them off unless they surrender. Install Fatah. Then initiate a negociations for 2 state solution if palatable.
39. Yes 4 Netanyahu
APOLLO MAKIIKA ,   Kampala, Uganda   (11.19.12)
May the Lord God use him for the Good of Israel.
40. Hamas might still do a lot of mischieves for the moment,
Mira ,   Vienna   (11.19.12)
but substantially they will face a great disaster. The Free World, after doing so much nonsense to support them, stopped being sympathetic. Hamas shoots deliberately on civilians. Turkey is making a fool of herself and Egypt has no choice than to give in. Neither has Qatar in the end. I would recommen israel to take Haniyeh and Malesh to the ICC for having been responsible to shoot for years on civilians. That is much more heavy than some stupid settlements.
41. Martyrs
David ,   Salt Lake City, usa   (11.19.12)
Palestinians are taught to aspire to become martyrs from the day they're born. They should thank Israel for granting them their wish. Hats off to Israel keep killing them and making their families proud!
42. hamas agreement
chaim ,   p.t. israel   (11.19.12)
as regards hamas agreeeing not to re-arm - i seem to remember a clause when we pulled out of Lebanon that they AGREED not to re-arm. AND WE ALL KNOW HOW WELL THEY KEPT THEIR WORD.
43. No Cease Fire
Moshe ,   Givataim   (11.19.12)
No cease fire or any agreement until: The rocket shuting has stopped Hamas has completly vanished and destroied The people of Gaza have been freed from Hamas Stop talking to TERRORISTS. Why did you go to Egypt???????
44. Can anyone actually believe Hamas will
Meghan ,   Ashdod Israel   (11.19.12)
stick to the deal, I doubt it very much. With a terrorist organization there are no guarantees. Give them time to regroup and they will be terrorizing Israel again. Good that Israel is proving its willing ness for peace , but they do again and again and get slapped in the face. this time Hamas has gone over the line, and if what Israel is doing seems intense, they had enoiugh time to think about what would happen.
45. #18 Chaim - Advice from an arm chair zionist
Avi ,   ISR   (11.19.12)
Save us your lectures from the lobby of the Hilton and the safety of your arm chair in NY. If you really care then come and volunteer to the IDF and deal with the facts on the ground and not the fantasy. And leave Israel , or in other words follow your example you coward.
46. Only 15!
Susie ,   Scotland   (11.19.12)
Why only 15 it should be forever!
47. And what is supposed to happen in 15 years?
Scott ,   USA   (11.19.12)
48. Can you imagine if WW2 was "fought" like this... ????
How STUPID ,   Tel Aviv   (11.19.12)
They attack and kill civilians... We make "peace" with the Nazis as long as they "promise" not to kill anyone for 15 years..... What a sick government we have today.
49. The 16th Year ...Hostilities Kosher to Resume ?
Roland Seener ,   London England   (11.19.12)
50. Oh, those crazy ol' terror organizations !!!
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (11.19.12)
Reminds one of why a so-called Palestine will never come into existence.
51. All Talk no Action
Mark ,   ZA   (11.19.12)
Nethanyahu and Barak are all talk and no action. They have basically handed Iran the nuclear bomb together with Israels extinction. So much for the Israeli cowards.
52. Avi # 45
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (11.19.12)
That's the same thing you said to Bunnie the other day. Do you only know how to play one song?
53. end to madness
Garba Ayuba ,   Nigeria   (11.19.12)
is time for IDF to put an end to the madness caused by group of animals that call themselves HAMAS.
54. Ceasefire conditions
Rhonda ,   Chicago, USA   (11.19.12)
Sounds like a reasonable plan to me given how much chaos Hamas has created.
55. gaza
spookey ,   birmingham uk   (11.19.12)
the BBC say today that morsi will not stand bye and allow a ground invasion by isreal , so he supports hamas a terrorist organisaation ,
56. CHECK MATE!
big bad Jew ,   United States   (11.19.12)
Bibi is a genius, 180 IQ MIT graduate.. 15 years is nothing. Complete capitulation by gaza is the only acceptable 'agreement.' Or, it's complete and utter destruction, the least Israel can do is match hamas and 'wipe them off the map.'
57. Hope versus Evil
Adam Neira ,   Paris, France   (11.19.12)
A ceasefire must take root. The dynamic must be shifted. If the hostilities continue more and more people will be drawn into a downwardly spiralling vortex. The danger of a regional conflagration is real if things do not improve now. The Holy Land and environs is not destined to be a place where children are blown to pieces and their lifeless bodies are paraded for the entire world to see. A longer term perspective is required. The fifteen year hiatus on hostilities has merit. The solution to the Gaza/Israel conflict is complex but achievable. People must also realise what is urgent is quite different to what is important. Good luck to the negotiating teams. May G-d get through some very thick heads in the coming minutes, hours and days. Blessed be the peacemakers...What a great saying
58. It's a typo: Should be 150 years.
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (11.19.12)
So, in 15 years and 1 day, we allow them to bombard us again?????? This is all made up.
59. A thought to consider
Mordechai ,   Beit Shemesh   (11.19.12)
"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." Benjamin Franklin, 1755
60. # 28 obama did that before
big bad Jew ,   United States   (11.19.12)
he asked Israel to end 'cast lead' prematurely. Not this time....
