2. Lieb erman, there is teeth on the other side of the fence...
3. NOW I KNOW!
Israel has a very weak leadership.
From now on, every "leader" in Israel is nothing more than a scumbag. They are all the same banana.
I am sorry for all the loss of life and property. Only God protected Israel.
4. #3 AN HONEST QUESTION
Do the leaders of Israel even know what they are doing ? are they mentally coherent ? do they have any well thought out plans ? Perhaps they know exactly what they are doing ? but I have my doubts sometimes.
DA RAP ARTISTE ,
SAFED OPERA HOUSE
5. It was about Iran. Regarding Gaza Avigdor is clear, GO!
Israel is just in defending homeland from ruthless murderers.
The only question is sparing as many lives of children, civilians who mean no harm to Israel.
So he is telling the terrorist do not worry we won't invade. Israel is pathetic
7. Elections immediately to replace Barak the spineless coward
8. I changed my mind about Avigdor Lieberman
I always thought he had brains. Even if what he is saying is true, that they are s***t scared of what the world will say, to admit it so shamelessly and to inform the enemy that they have nothing to fear is simply so idiotic it's beyond belief.
9. Then why call up 70,000 reservists?
And bring the Israeli economy to a halt all the while? Does Israel intend to leave them there till AFTER elections? And since when does the security of the state of Israel depend on political elections? Disgusting!
10. #4: Honest questions
I have no answers. I begin to think they indeed have a mental disorder.
This is not good for Israel.
Even if there will be a lull - the question is for how long while they rebuild and accumulate more weapons for the next round. I can hear the animals laughing at us on the other side of the fence.
Just listen to all the media commentators and so called intellectuals against total destruction of Hamas. Our "leaders" declare victory, but Hamas missles keep on coming and the damage and death persist. Lieberman and the rest of them are more concerned about next election.
11. why is there still power in Gaza?
so that their rocket factories can continue to operate? are you insane Israel?
12. Avigdor Lieberman
The main problem is Iran. Hamas and Hizbullah are only minor ones. If Israel decides to attack Iran (either with or without Mullah Obama), the Iranian surrogates can be dealt with in the same event. Otherwise, Israel is done and you can surrender as well to your neighbours in the west.
Albrecht Klein ,
13. Israeli leaders are pathetic
Israeli leaders are pathetic. Next time simply surrender before you start firing. In a few years Hamas will have 12,000 rockets pointed at Israel. If the goal was to achieve deterrence you miserably failed. Bunch of scumbags. Should have flattened Gaza all together.
14. Israelis and Jews slaughtered
not to offend the world public opinion. Politicians are just that: politicians. They have not the least interest in the safety of their constituants. They just want their vote. Arabs will not ask us to wear yellow badges: they will annihilate us. The world will be rid of its Jews and ready to be enslaved by a fanatical Islam. Shame on you politicians!
Georges Bruno ,
15. Pillars of Disappointment !
16. Israel needs leaders instead
she has Netanyahu, Barak and Lieberman.
17. Lasting calm=ARAB TRANSFER. Regime "change" is NOT ENOUGH!
18. I support Israel but do not understand
why Israel can not go into gaza and at least level a certain area and take over land. Create a buffer zone and invade and kill as many muslims as possible. They will NEVER stop the rockets and iran will supply them . At least kill several thousand of the terrorists and destroy water and electric supplies. And F .... the racist world. Attack them from the sea and north and east and demolish all buildings. Make sure they don't forget.
Don Rosenberg ,
19. Israel needs new leaders with courage!!!
Jake Stone ,
20. I don't understand why Lieberman ....
....would announce this.
I find it very hard to believe that Lieberman believes what he said about delays. Ever bought a bridge you thought was for sale?
The Bald scotsman ,
22. Damned if they do...damned if they don't!
If this was truly just about politics and not actions taken for national preservation for its people, then Israel leadership and people lost either way. Inactivity...because of fear of two many casualties before the election, is perhaps wise; however, if waiting comes at the expense of further civilian deaths, then not acting now is just as dangerous an option. If the latter happens, the current leaders will lose, and justly so! Cowardice just breeds contempt from the enemy, that's why Israel is in a constant-state of war, because its leaders' are unwilling to do what's necessary to win; thus, the enemy will always feel emboldened to push the envelope; deterrence becomes just a myth. The Jewish people deserve better than half-hearted, inept leadership! Despite Israel’s weak leaders, God will always take-up the slack, and take-care of His own. God bless, Israel; praying for the peace of Jerusalem! Christian Zionist
Jake Stone ,
23. Understand something:
Politicians will always have politics and elections first on their list - it's and ego trip.
24. Iran is happy happy
Israel is loosing slowly its might and power it is not the same israel any more we were bully for last 60+ years but no more america is biggest superpower in human histroy its power and influence in ME and world is melting like ice bc of endless wars of israel we should make peace with palestinian. Otherwise there will be nothing to make
25. huh? so why mobilize 75000 reservists?
26. To #20
Lieberman said what he said for a good reason. He knows that the Israeli leaders, ie Bibi and Barak are spinless cowards, however - sooner or later (hopefully sooner) Lieberman will be Israel's Prime Minister and than the game with Hamas will be played very differently and with a very different end for Hamas. Just watch it.
27. Is there a political party formed that has
part of its platform imprisoning all present and past politicians for life? If not, there should be. We have the most stupid and cowardly politicians in the world.
jason white ,
28. This could be misinformation?!
The ground war could be just hours away, now; so, pray hard for the protection of Israel and the IDF!
Mr. Pain ,
29. Israel needs new strong leaders
Israel needs new leaders that aren't afraid to do what it takes to win this war against terrorism.
30. NOBODY here understands ANYTHING!
First, the government is NOT going to give away any secrets. What they SAY to the media and what they DO are TOTALLY different.
Second, everybody has to cease and desist from this armchair leadership. Not one of us has a clue what really has an effect and pressures the decisions that government officials make. I frankly agree with Lieberman, who the hell wants another scum bag like Goldman to crawl out of his putrid wall and give an unbalance damaging report. It damaged us because it was UNFAIR. And he ADMITTED he was unfair. Third, you all want a lasting calm. Let them get the job done with out your slanderous oppinions. Our government is the strongest we have ever had, people. And we don't have a clue what is really going on and we are not in the loop. I myself am sure they are ready for either an invasion or a multi-front war. THAT'S why 70,000 plus troops are called. If they go in, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria. and Iran will join. Watch. Our government has all of the secret intelligence reports . We do not.
