The first and most import accomplishment MUST be the pre-condition of HAMAS publicly changing the HAMAS Charter uncompromisingly calling for the total Destruction of Israel and the Murder of ALL Jews/Israelis. Finally there must be international guarantee of no further rocket fire on our civilians.
