Nobody in particular. It would seem that Egypt is following the Arab general rule for democratic elections: One man, One vote, ONCE.

Arabs have dictators because they learned to substitute action for words. They are hypocritical in all spheres of life. They say what the don't mean, they bow to titles and persons and they are very corrupt and clanish. I do not think that Arabs know how to rule themselves. Emirs, presidents and so on are nothing but thugs that rob the poor and keep their kin down. Democracy is not only words but it must be seen in action. No Arab ruler seems to understand what and how democracy works. Saudis think they are democratic too..

Not like the Jews who rule on others and think they're democratic
