I guess we will see which side starts to get assassinated, right? The power grab began after Mubarak's ouster and I don't think the Egyptian's are evry happy about it. We shall see.

in the making.. Egyptians will look back at the days of Mubarak as the good old days.. And for all those around the world that thought that the arabs are ready for democracy.. you just did not understand the arab mentality.. the democratic system is used by fundamentalists to grab power one time and them hold on to it.. See Iran..

The "Mubarak Reincarnate" president is doing the "my way or the highway" song his predecessor did, but without the intense crisis of a political assassination/upheaval that Mubarak used as an excuse his whole political life; doing so has opened a can of worms, and may be the prelude to the opening of a can of whupass...
10. Bad decision !
PaulS ,   LIverpoolUK   (11.25.12)
The way I read it is that Morsi took the opportunity to do this because of his perceived success in the negotiations over Gaza that made him look like a hero in Egypt, he has underestimated the resolve and intelligence of the majority of his own people.
11.  almost abolute power to Morsi
Toledano Jean-Pierre ,   Israel   (11.25.12)
The new democracy in Egypt, Morsi (affiliated to the Muslim Brotherhood-MB) a moderate president - MB and moderate: a contradictio in terminis -, a self created decree that gives him almost absolute power,… the Muslim Brotherhood democracy starts to show his real face,… Who said again "a new beginning" in his speech?
