It is misleading to write an article with this headline. It is misleading because it gives the impression that ALL Israeli-Americans are plaintiffs to this suit. It basically sounds very similar to what Israeli Victims of Terror do...they have an individual point of view or belief and they make a generalization and attempt to turn it into the point of view or belief of ALL victims of terror living in Israel. US Federal court. Big deal. Good stuff & i am fully supportive of this initiative. The only reason why we have terror to the extent that we do is because we partially fund it (Saudis through oil, PA &Gaza through Aid, Muslim Brotherhood through Egypt aid, etc).

The annual 3bn $ the US gives us is only for the purchase of US military hardware (mostly invented by Israelis). Israel cannot use that money for example to buy grain from Canada or wheat from Russia. That is the stipulation. For that 3bn $ Israel undertakes to sell and give all its high tech innovations to US and the US only. If it were ever removed (the US would never allow that) Israel would be free to sell its technology to Russia, China, India and timbuk tu and could easily make 40bn $ a year. That would be something that America could never allow so they buy our politicians and scientists for 3bn a year-a great deal for them! I only wish and dream that the pathetic 3bn in US "aid" would dissappear forever and would put an end to american meddling in Israeli politics and end the technological stranglehold the US puts us in.

I couldn't agree with you more. Let Israel go it alone militarily and diplomatically and leave us alone and we will leave you alone. Israel has more than enough money to do what ever it pleases. The US has major problems and we need to focus on America and America only. The US will become an isolationist country in 10-20 years, so Israel better learn how to go it alone and get China, Russia to provide it with a VETO.
