His time in the Border Guard clearly disqualifies him from role of "head of the Office for Immigrant Integration (OFII) - the office charged with dealing with illegal immigrants in France." Additionally, any French commandos that train with the IDF in urban warfare and counter-terrorism should obviously be disqualified from fighting in urban settings and counteracting terrorist threats.
