If this opens the door for Palestinians to be able to claim war crimes against Israel, does this open the door for Israel to charge the Palestinians with war crimes? I'm confused about that because all I've been hearing is about Israel being charged. I'm sure the Israelis have a better case for war crime charges. Thousands of rockets fired toward civilians. Many killed by suicide bombers over the years. But of course I only hear about Israel being charged, not the Palestinians. If the Palestinians do charge Israel with their fictitious war crimes, Israel should announce an end date for water, food and electricity for the Palestinians since they are really itching to be self sufficient.
